I was a walk-in patient. Filling out paperwork on my phone was a pain ( I'm old-school), but otherwise all went really well. They were not too busy and I got in as soon as my paperwork was filled out. Nurse practitioner was caring and kind. No complaints!
Was in there for close to three hours. There was hardly anyone in there so I do not know why it took so long. Once inside checked in it took close to an hour for the doctor to see us. Only once did they check on us during this wait. No explanation given as to why it was even taking so long. Just glad I finally got out. An ER would have faster.
Very low quality care and took over an hour to be seen at an urgent clinic who doesn't seem nearly busy enough. Take business to a different location
