I went to the Springdale location Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. Check-in was super-fast, and the staff was caring and took their time with me and listened to all my concerns.

Went in today as a walk in. I have been sick for several days. I was informed at the desk of an old bill ($400). Said bill was apparently for over two years ago that should have been filed with Workers Comp by them. (I provided all necessary documentation at the time of this appointment.) So, I was refused care due to their mistake. Their bill is always messing things up. They’ve had to refund my Daughter over $300 on two separate occasions. If you do go there watch your bills carefully.

Made an appt. got there 30min early. Almost 45min after my appt time still waiting to be seen while walk-ins are seen before me and so are people who were scheduled after me. I was rudely told to go wait outside in the heat with no shade until I was called - which I haven’t been. Covid testing was said to be free over the phone then when I get here they say they are billing ins. This was my first visit to an Washington regional facility and my last.
