I’ve had a great experience with Washington Rd Self Storage. The facility is always extremely clean and well maintained, which gave me confidence storing my belongings there. The customer service is truly top notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.
My father has a storage unit here for a long time so we have seen it change hands a few times. It seems the management controlling the property now is on it! I spoke with a young lady in the office and she was very professional, nice, and very knowledgeable about the property. We are wanting to downsize, and she was able to answer all my questions, and walk me thru what to expect in this process. I highly recommend this storage company
If you’re considering a storage unit, I would strongly advise against choosing this facility. Since I first leased my unit about two years ago, ownership and or management has changed multiple times, and with each transition, the issues have only worsened. Access has been a consistent problem. On numerous occasions, I have been unable to enter the property due to malfunctioning gate codes. Jasmine was an amazing staff member she was friendly and helpful, making the whole process simple from start to finish. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable about their facility. Everyone has been very accommodating and very friendly. The property manager Michelle introduced herself and co workers, Jon and Celia to us upon arrival. The entire conversation was very pleasant from start to finish.
