If you’re considering a storage unit, I would strongly advise against choosing this facility. Since I first leased my unit about two years ago, ownership and or management has changed multiple times, and with each transition, the issues have only worsened. Access has been a consistent problem. On numerous occasions, I have been unable to enter the property due to malfunctioning gate codes. This is our storage location. Average pricing and customer service. We reserved a unit and they gave it away before we could move in. So we had to go with another unit. The other unit may turn out to be better. Just not happy with having to move items further to this unit's location. Manager did their best to compensate us for the inconvenience. Thank you for helping us.
The staff are professional and very knowledgeable about their facility. Everyone has been very accommodating and very friendly. The property manager Michelle introduced herself and co workers, Jon and Celia to us upon arrival. The entire conversation was very pleasant from start to finish. All of questions were answered and the level of comfort was impeccable. If you’re looking for a great rental experience, then you have come to the correct location. Best wishes to all. 😊
