The staff are professional and very knowledgeable about their facility. Everyone has been very accommodating and very friendly. The property manager Michelle introduced herself and co workers, Jon and Celia to us upon arrival. The entire conversation was very pleasant from start to finish. All of questions were answered and the level of comfort was impeccable. If you’re looking for a great rental experience, then you have come to the correct location. Best wishes to all. 😊
When Washington Rd Self storage took over Monster Storage, something major was missed: Security. The gates on at least 6 different occasions were wide open and did not close (keep in mind, this is just when I went, who knows how long and how frequent this issue was), the exterior door locks on the AC controlled units were completely removed, not replaced; removed for non-locking doorknobs, and at least one camera just laid on the ground for almost a year after the hurricane took it down. Move-in was nice. I liked the opportunity they offered to me with two months with %75 discount. They also informed me that If I have home owner insurance I do not need to pay for the insurance to cover my stuff, Which I do.
Washington Rd Storage was absolutely amazing with their customer service! They answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Celia was so kind and helpful in guiding me to the best unit, and Jon was great at showing me where my unit was and making the process easy. The property is very well kept and super clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit—10/10 experience!
