The staff are professional and very knowledgeable about their facility. Everyone has been very accommodating and very friendly. The property manager Michelle introduced herself and co workers, Jon and Celia to us upon arrival. The entire conversation was very pleasant from start to finish. All of questions were answered and the level of comfort was impeccable. If you’re looking for a great rental experience, then you have come to the correct location. Best wishes to all. 😊
Washington Rd Storage was absolutely amazing with their customer service! They answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Celia was so kind and helpful in guiding me to the best unit, and Jon was great at showing me where my unit was and making the process easy. The property is very well kept and super clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit—10/10 experience!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Washington Road Storage! From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, professional, and so easy to work with. This is our storage location. Average pricing and customer service. We reserved a unit and they gave it away before we could move in. So we had to go with another unit. The other unit may turn out to be better. Just not happy with having to move items further to this unit's location. Manager did their best to compensate us for the inconvenience. Thank you for helping us.
Move-in was nice. I liked the opportunity they offered to me with two months with %75 discount. They also informed me that If I have home owner insurance I do not need to pay for the insurance to cover my stuff, Which I do.
