I attempted to close a service agreement via email and received no response but an invoice a month later. I attempted to confirm the closing of the agreement and received another invoice a month later. I call the location and they explain that the manger quit, no one checks his emails or open contracts, and they are not responsible for checking the business emails. Noted.
