Literally would’ve gave zero stars if it would let me. We pay for weekly trash service, and our trash is always placed properly at the road. However, our trash was not picked up on Monday of Christmas week, which is our normal scheduled pickup day. I attempted to call the office on Christmas Eve around 2:00 PM and received no answer. No email, no phone call, no voicemail message, no text, no snail mail letter. Just my bin disappearing on trash pickup day. Only when I emailed them about them taking my bin did I receive a copy paste response that they’re ceasing all non-urban Forrest county address trash pickup as of January 31st with a phone number to call of the company that is now covering said areas as of February 1st. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with this company. Our trash pickup day is usually on Monday but is NEVER picked up on that day. If I had another choice of trash pickup o would drop this service and never look back. Even when I call to request a “courtesy” pick up, they say that some might be around my area within the next couple days. It’s been three days since I called and still no pickup. Absolutely ridiculous
I live in Forrest County and the trash is never picked up on the pickup day which is Wednesday. I called Waste-pro, Thursday & Friday for someone to come pick up the trash. Here it is Saturday and two streets still have trash cans full of trash that have not been picked up. If the bill isn’t paid they damn sure don’t have a problem picking the cans up then. I live on Ogilsvie St in Petal, MS. A couple of months ago I fell and broke my back. Difficulty getting around to say the least. The sanitation workers saw me struggling to get out of my car one day and have been bringing in my emptied trash can ever since. They are the best ever and I so appreciate them!
