This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with this company. Our trash pickup day is usually on Monday but is NEVER picked up on that day. If I had another choice of trash pickup o would drop this service and never look back. Even when I call to request a “courtesy” pick up, they say that some might be around my area within the next couple days. It’s been three days since I called and still no pickup. Absolutely ridiculous
I live in Forrest County and the trash is never picked up on the pickup day which is Wednesday. I called Waste-pro, Thursday & Friday for someone to come pick up the trash. Here it is Saturday and two streets still have trash cans full of trash that have not been picked up. If the bill isn’t paid they damn sure don’t have a problem picking the cans up then. I live on Ogilsvie St in Petal, MS. A couple of months ago I fell and broke my back. Difficulty getting around to say the least. The sanitation workers saw me struggling to get out of my car one day and have been bringing in my emptied trash can ever since. They are the best ever and I so appreciate them!
Just wanted to show appreciation for Waste Pro here in Dixie, Ms. I called and complained last week due to the driver dropping my garbage can directly on a trash bag that was on the ground next to it; the bag had glass in it. After pulling glass out of my dog’s foot and picking up glass all over the yard and the street; the driver came back through and didn’t realize what he did. The following week after talking to management I see the gentleman respect my property better and the worker even place my can on top of the hill.... read more
I require at-door pickup b/c I’m in a wheelchair, however, for the better part of a month the WastePro services I’ve paid for have been MIA, while picking up all my neighbors’ trash.
