I've been using them for some time at my business. As of today, We've had a FULL bin at my place of business for 6 weeks. We are still paying for the service and there has been NO attempt to fix this issue. I've been calling every weekday for 2 weeks and the only thing I get is "We'll contact someone and get them right on that." every time I call. This is unacceptable and as soon as we find another vendor, we'll be changing the service over.
Truck # 6374 runs in Yazoo City,Ms. James Sims is truck driver. He also is very attentive to his men, Calvin Reeves and Chris Hicks, do a good job. James also contacts me by text if truck delayed, broke down. These guys get 5 stars. THANKS guys for taking care of trash pick ups. John Deal
Atrocious. Our company has not been serviced in a month. Despite our attempts, we have never been helped. I would highly recommend using any other trash service.
The driver and the helper are doing a great job with what they have to work with. There are too many issues with truck #6375. The truck often breaks down causing the pick up day to vary. I truly appreciate the hard work from Divinity and his helper, Brown.
