contract is for 2 pickups a week, Monday and Thursday, Last pick up was 8/14/2018. Today is 8/23, called 3 times and ask for dumpster to be emptied. Left a message for Manager to return the phone call concerning service, still waiting and waiting. I think I have giving Waste Pro multiple chances this year because this is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th,7th, I lost track now this year that I have to call and ask for the dumpster to be emptied. MY GARBAGE CAN WAS DESTROYED BY THE PEOPLE PICKING UP GARBAGE AND OF COURSE NOT REPORTED BY THEM. IT'S RIDICULOUS WHAT WE GET FOR OUR TAX DOLLARS. MAY 1ST CAN'T COME SOON ENOUGH, HOPEFULLY THEIR EMPLOYEES TAKE MORE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!!! FOR HAVING ONE BAG OF HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE IN MY CAN, HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? CAN WAS IN GOOD SHAPE PRIOR TO THEM PICKING IT UP!
Company is wonderful to work with. Their customer service is awesome! Their sales team is always willing to go the extra mile. Their drivers are always so friendly! I’ve recommended to all my friends!
