After TWO WEEKS of calling and begging them to pick up trash in our neighborhood, this is how they left the trash barrel. They are constantly late, and never show up when they are supposed to. It’s gotten to a point where neighbors have had to buy a second bin, because they won’t do their job. Now, they are taking their frustrations out on me, when I call and BEG them to do their jobs. There was a major holiday, and yet they did NOT come dump any bins. This is sad, and unprofessional, on every level.
Curtis Burks is the helper driver is Sam Jones truck number 0833031 There's almost not one week that goes by that I don't appreciate this guy since working with waste pro my trash cans are not all over the place it's always I have a nice day ma'am I really enjoy the trash people and try my best to keep my cans in line to make their job easier I greatly appreciate you waste pro
Courteous friendly and takes pride in a job well done. There is such a difference in the service and care since my city switched to Waste Pro, which is only possible with great caring workers, Sam Jones and Curtis Burks. Keep up the good work!
