Exceptional service from Scott at the Watch Hospital. My mother’s Mondaine watch was repaired to near new condition in no time. All for a very reasonable price. He even fitted new glass and a strap, above and beyond the work agreed: fitting a new movement and cleaning. He would not accept my offer to give him a little extra for his kindness. Mum is overjoyed, a perfect Xmas present!
I’ve visited here on a number of occasions in the past, my experiences have been good. Very recently though I caused damage to one of my watches and took it to Scott for advice as to whether it could be repaired. He first ascertained that the watch didn’t have any sentimental value as it was likely otherwise that any repair would exceed the actual value of the watch itself. After going to 2 places already to have a watch fixed without any luck, I visited here today and Scott sorted it out as he wouldn’t be beaten Thank you so much 🙌🏻 Would definitely recommend this place
