Exceptional service from Scott at the Watch Hospital. My mother’s Mondaine watch was repaired to near new condition in no time. All for a very reasonable price. He even fitted new glass and a strap, above and beyond the work agreed: fitting a new movement and cleaning. He would not accept my offer to give him a little extra for his kindness. Mum is overjoyed, a perfect Xmas present!
I’ve visited here on a number of occasions in the past, my experiences have been good. Very recently though I caused damage to one of my watches and took it to Scott for advice as to whether it could be repaired. He first ascertained that the watch didn’t have any sentimental value as it was likely otherwise that any repair would exceed the actual value of the watch itself. Went today to get 2 new watch batteries fitted and second hand put back on my daughters watch . Great friendly service at a really good price. Would highly recommend
Took my watch for repair and new battery. Done and dusted within 30 minutes in a professional manner. Would definitely use the services again and comes highly recommended.
