Excellent Service. I took in my very precious Grandfather's Gold Tudor watch and they had it cleaned, repaired and a new strap and now it's looking brilliant. Tom at the watch hospital couldn't of been more helpful.
Gentleman at the store had a look at my watch after I asked for a battery change, after looking at it with some confusion quoted me £25! When I have previously had the battery changed at the same place for £13 previously. In any case I took it to the Luton indoor market and there is a small shop as you enter via the first entrance and situated on the left. Went to the watch hospital in the Luton mall, had a Seiko 5 automatic it’s been in the family for about 25 years. I tried online with no luck. Spoke a Tom I asked if they had a a new bracelet or any links for my watch, Tom said no and asked me why I needed a new bracelet which I replied this one is tight. Tom took my watch after 2 minutes handed it back to me and it wasn’t tight anymore it was perfect.
