Water Heater Specialists provided me with excellent service. From my initial call to providing same day service to evaluate/resolve my issue. Unfortunately, I needed a new water heater. Technician Ernesto explained my options, pricing and installed a new water heater in a few hours. Ernesto took the time to show and explain the components of my new water heater and how to light the pilot light for future. Impressed with the quality service from this company and especially Ernesto! Keep up your great customer service.

I had great experience with this company. My old water heater stopped working. I was given the choice of purchasing new parts for the original water heater or installing a new one. I have experienced multiple issues with the old one and decided to install a new one. Mack was helpful, informative, quick and efficient. I am delighted with the results and would recommend Water Heater Specialists to anyone!
