Our water heater gave out early Saturday morning. There was water everywhere. I called Water Heater Specialists and they were here within 90 minutes on a SATURDAY at 7am.m without an appointment. The technician Rene was great and did a top installation and answered all our questions. Good company, good people with good service and prices. Really happy and would recommend anyone to give them a call for water heater issues.

Thank you Ernesto from Water Heater Specialist. He is a true hero for my water heater issue. My home had a water heater leakage during the night. The next morning, I called their services. Ernesto came out within a hour. He identified the issue and educated me on his services. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced due to its age. Great service from start to finish from Jesus. I would definitely recommend. When we first saw a leak on our water heater, we called the number listed on the water heater and someone picked up in two second - even though it was 9pm on a Friday. We had an issue with pilot not turning on on our water heater, reached out to Water Heater Specialists in the middle of the night and they provided a prompt response and helped set up a quick schedule first thing in the morning. The technician Jesus was very professional, talked through the work he was doing and helped me understand the issue. My water heater broke on a Saturday late afternoon. The plumber, Richard, arrived at my home in no more than 90 minutes. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater quickly, explained all the features, and was extremely helpful. Thank you for making this experience so easy—and a special thanks to Richard.
