Pool completed in Oct 2022, took about 6 months. We had scale issues that arose despite our best efforts to maintain correct pool water chemistry weekly. We had 3 independent experts analyze our records and we never got far enough out of balance to have caused this. We have had issues with our lights for a year and a half. They blame the manufacturer, Hayward, but they chose them, not us. With a new pool I HIGHLY recommend getting a maintenance service to monitor your pool and install a ph monitor, like $300.
