We put a negative review on Facebook.The owner called me from a private number.And threaten me with violence. I reported the call to the flagler county sheriff.

This is a flat out lie. Customer is delusional and trying to trash my / our good name. However, when you build a strong and honest reputation in the community for as long as I have, these type of people don't hurt us, nor bother me / us like they would hope. To be clear and factual, Flagler County Sheriff has never reached out to me about any of this.....and now I am checking in with our attorney in reference to our options concerning what I feel is slanderous and defamatory verbiage being spread throughout our community. 3/ 16/ 23 They were aware of a problem with application of jewels scapes from installation. I have made several attempts to correct the problem with them since pool was installed, over 2 years ago. Have sent emails and phone calls, with the reassurance they would fix/ repair my pool and that has not happened. Spoke with the owner ***** and *** about the issue and it's still not resolved.
