Just took my dog here for the first time and loved it! The waiting room was practically empty when we arrived and we were in a room not even 5 minutes after checking in. The rooms were nice and spacious. Every person we encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. My dog was nervous and they were very patient and gentle with him. And the bill was significantly less than I was expecting.
I can't say enough good things about this veterinarian (Dr Taylor, his lab's name is Watson fyi). The place is new and lovely. His staff is genuinely friendly (I'm adept at detecting the robo nice voice) which means they are being compensated properly and they like their jobs. Dr Taylor is very personable and knowledgeable. I live out of state and when my dog started getting lethargic and out of sorts I needed to find a good vet. I called Watson's Friends at 1pm and they saw him by 1:30pm without knowing anything about me or my dog. We were greeted by Kristen at the front desk and she was so warm and welcoming, eased my anxiety. I brought my dog here to have her vaccines updated and would definitely recommend. Our previous vet had recently relocated back to her home state and this place opened up close to our house so it seemed like a good time to switch. Scheduling was easy, the receptionist was friendly, they called my previous vets office to have my records transferred and the doctor reviewed them prior to our appointment it seemed. I specifically chose this place because of the reviews and I called to find out what an ultrasound would cost because my current vet went to cost charge an exorbitant amount of money that I didn't have.
