This facility saved my life over 2 years ago now. without getting my start here from the hospital, who knows where I would be. Grateful for this facility. 💜
Stay away from White Deer Run! They consistently hang up and give wrong information, even to the Suboxone clinic. They make plans to pick people up and end up giving beds away to others. They had an issue with a consent form that was sent to them twice. White Deer Run felt like my friend's last hope, and now they've completely destroyed everything. They clearly have management issues, and don't care for their patients. I can provide a screenshot of the company Ophelia texting that they were hung up on too
This was the worst place I’ve been to food sucks and staff are disrespectful if u aren’t staying for rehab the two staff I liked was mo and Derk and Steve thanks guys I’m 6 days sober
I contacted this facility on a Saturday on day one of me giving up alcohol and was told that I needed to wait two days for someone else to review my case. Meanwhile alcohol detox, as most professionals know, Is the most dangerous detox a person can go through. So I was sick for two days. On Monday morning, suffering from hallucinations and in the begging stages of DTs I was told my case still had not been reviewed. I was directed to go to the hospital. By that point it was too late.
