I've had a great experience renting here. The customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you if you have any questions or need assistance. The air conditioning works great, and the storage units have always been clean, secure, and well-maintained. Overall, it's been a reliable place to store my belongings
Laura and Jeanette were very helpful. They treated me as a person and not just another unit renter. Facilities are well lit, temperature regulated and area feels secure. If you are looking for a safe place to keep your things, this is the place to go. Look for these ladies, they are very down to earth and friendly. Thank you again ladies! Keep up the great work!
Janette is fantastic! She made the move-in process seamless and stress-free, and every time I stop by to check on my unit she’s been a genuinely friendly and welcoming presence. Moving can be hard—packing away so many memories and chapters of life. It really means a lot to be greeted by someone with such a warm, beaming personality when you’re in the middle of it all. And the facility is clean, safe, and cool (most importantly during Las Vegas summers lol)
Janette has been great with processing my rental space. She showed me around the storage areas and is honest about everything. She answered all my questions promptly. This is not a 24-hour storage area, but you can access your storage from 6 AM-9 PM. You can still access it during the holidays, but the office will be closed. This place looks nice and clean. I like that I live really close to this place. 5-Stars!
