I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanette and We Store Mini Storage by Rhodes Ranch. From the moment I reached out, Jeanette was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I've had a great experience renting here. The customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you if you have any questions or need assistance. The air conditioning works great, and the storage units have always been clean, secure, and well-maintained. Overall, it's been a reliable place to store my belongings
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this CubeSmart location off of Russell & 215 because of Drew. He helped me get set up with my storage unit from day one and was there to help me when it was time to move out as well. He was always friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making the process easy for his customers. Thank you for all your help, Drew—it was truly appreciated!
The storage place is good and convenient. But the charge should end at the day of furniture moving out. Charging for the whole month is not reasonable as we moved out on 6/19 and is charged for the entire June. When we rent the space in late December 2025, we paid for the remaining December that month, not January 1, 2026.
I got all my stuff out of the other storage and decided to get a unit here. This is much closer to our new home. Staff at the office were super friendly and helpful. The layout is much better compared to the previous storage. You can tell the place is well maintained. I’m so glad we switched to this one. Highly recommend if you need a place to store your stuff.
