I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanette and We Store Mini Storage by Rhodes Ranch. From the moment I reached out, Jeanette was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Laura and Jeanette were very helpful. They treated me as a person and not just another unit renter. Facilities are well lit, temperature regulated and area feels secure. If you are looking for a safe place to keep your things, this is the place to go. Look for these ladies, they are very down to earth and friendly. Thank you again ladies! Keep up the great work!
I got all my stuff out of the other storage and decided to get a unit here. This is much closer to our new home. Staff at the office were super friendly and helpful. The layout is much better compared to the previous storage. You can tell the place is well maintained. I’m so glad we switched to this one. Highly recommend if you need a place to store your stuff.
Michael was excellent, I walked in and he greeted me professionally and provided the best service possible. Showed me multiple units and apprised me of which ones were conditioned and not. He even listened to my request of having a more accommodating unit for easier unloading. Thank you Michael.
Janette is fantastic! She made the move-in process seamless and stress-free, and every time I stop by to check on my unit she’s been a genuinely friendly and welcoming presence. Moving can be hard—packing away so many memories and chapters of life. It really means a lot to be greeted by someone with such a warm, beaming personality when you’re in the middle of it all. And the facility is clean, safe, and cool (most importantly during Las Vegas summers lol)
