Extremely disappointed in the quality of services, knowledge, and customer service from this location. I've had a number of issues: * The technicians forgot to spray the parkway, leading to an overgrowth of weeds that ended up tracking up to my lawn. * The salesman promised "unlimited" weed re-application services. We had 3 different services over the last few years. So far, this year our grass looks better than ever. Plus, the prices are very competitive. I’d recommend giving them a try if you’re not satisfied with your current service.

I have been trying to get a technician to come out since July 11th. I pay for the full service package. No response from their team. I have emailed and texted probably 15 times, called 3-4 times. I question if this is a functioning business. Every thing was great last summer so I’m not sure if they are severely understaffed or what. But no communication with a paying customer for over 3 weeks is unheard of. Happy to reverse my review when I get an actual human talking to me.

After just three treatments by the Weed Man, we see a major improvement!! The patch is gone! It is enjoyable to mow the lawn and sit in the backyard now (before and after photos below). Edit: it has been almost a year now, we are about to enter spring and the grass is doing way better than before!! I am pleased with the high level of customer service. I had... read more

"All I can say is OMG what a difference a phone call made." I called Weed Man in May because our yard and lawn was infested with weeds and crabgrass terribly and got their service and now it is July and our lawn looks like a golf course and has 0 weeds or crab grass and is healthy and beautiful again. All of the representatives I talked to are nice, knowledgeable, and a joy to speak with, and the technicians who apply the weed lawn services are awesome. I would recommend anyone with out of control weeds to call Weed Man and... read more
