We've been using WeedMan for a few years now. They do a really great job with our lawn care and our neighbours are always complimenting how green and full our lawn is. We've used them for grub control, mosquito control, weed control, fertilizer, and overseeding. Their customer service is amazing and the technicians are knowledgeable and helpful with all our concerns.
I waited for the snow to thaw before writing this because I wanted to be fair, but my experience with WeedMan was consistently disappointing. I originally contacted them about repairing burnt patches on my front lawn caused by a high‑phosphorus lawn food I had applied the year before. I stressed multiple times that lawn repair was my ONLY concern. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly upsold me on additional services while assuring me the damaged areas would be fixed. I had a great experience with the technician Jaden who came to apply fertilizer and weed control to my lawn. He was very professional, thorough, and never rushed through the job. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything about my lawn in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave me helpful advice on improving the health of my lawn and recommended aeration and overseeding, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with Weed Man’s service and have been using them for a few years now. This year, I’ve had the pleasure of having Steven as my regular technician, and it’s been wonderful to see the same friendly face each time. Steven goes above and beyond!
