Newest Update. Please read my 300 plus reviews. You will see this is the only business I have ever had to do this with. After dropping these losers my yard is coming back. I now have grass in the areas these losers told me was due to my dogs. And personally, I do not care if the loser owner shared my Nextdoor post. Just switched from another popular company, today we had our 2nd application. First of all, the result from first application is very impressive, compare to the company we used last year. Second, both technicians respect their job, very detailed work. So far, we are super happy.
The work is good, the weeds in my yard disappeared as advertised. I had my front yard treated, but not the back. I have no issues with the quality of work. The issue I have with them is their disregard for their customers’ time. I had called a few weeks in advance to the next scheduled treatment for my front yard to have an assessment done on the backyard. Weed Man what you do is nothing short of spectacular. There is not a single weed or dry spot anywhere to be found. It’s like walking on a lush carpet. You are far worth every penny. I can’t even count the number of compliments we get on our yard. Thank you for turning our ho hum grass into a thing of beauty.
This is an edit of my original review once those issues were cleared up. I was contacted by the owner after my review to discuss my issues. He was very forthright and understanding to my complaints. Some of the issues I had in regards to scheduling I was informed were due to poor communication of the schedule to homeowners via the website itself. Additional issues were unavoidable as well.
