Have been a customer for 4 years. Very happy with the service! Lawn looks much better thanks to Weed Man. No longer spend time battling weeds and can focus more on important things. Service techs always show up with a smile and are courteous. Grateful they take the time to explain what they are going to do, as well as ask about and listen to lawn concerns. Customer service is also great when a call to them is needed.
Our grass looks amazing! This is our first year using this service, and so far we are very happy with the results. The lawn is healthy and green. The staff are very friendly, professional, and well trained. They are always a pleasure to deal with and take the time to answer any questions we have. We are very impressed with the quality of service and look forward to continuing with them.
First year w Weed Man, & we are impressed! Great value, competitively priced. The technicians are always very knowledgeable. Eliessa was at our place bright & early, with a big, beautiful smile, and friendly, helpful demeanour. I appreciated the complimentary touch-up in between treatments to address our dastardly creeping Charlie. Our lawn looks fabulous. Kudos!
Technician arrived to spray for weeds and I had a few questions. He stopped and answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions with absolutely no upselling. That was very much appreciated. We discussed my lawn and the weed program I'm on and a basic plan to improve it. This young man was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about the grass and weed that I have. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but his professional demeanor and friendly conversation is/was well appreciated. He should be congratulated.
They were excellent at providing details about their service before starting the application on our lawn. I find the care & attention provided for their work was excellent, and I appreciate the option to have a re-application if I need it. Hoping for a summer free of weeds :)
