This is our first year with Weed Man after cancelling another mediocre service. I feel like I need to give them one full year before I can truly decide on the quality. Their technicians are easy to talk to. For now, I will say that we have a lot of crab grass, but we will try them for a full year and then revisit this review.
Definitely consumer beware! My parents are 72 years old and trusted Weed Man Peoria, IL with their lawn and please see the pictures of the DEAD grass. You can clearly see the line between their lawn being treated by the company and their neighbors lawn in one of the photos. When my father called and had weed man come look and address they tried to blame him and stated it wasn’t their fault. My dad asked what they could do and they stated they would call him Thursday, it is now Saturday and he still has yet to hear from them... read more
I've had WeedMan Peoria for 3 seasons now, and they have done a great job. On top of exceptional weed control, their customer interaction is great. They send notifications in advance to let you know what day they plan to come, another when they arrive, and another once they're finished, which provides peace of mind so you know who's at your home in case you aren't there. In the rare instances there's been weeds that survive their treatments, they are quick to respond and I've never had them question the need for retreatment... read more
I have been very happy with the lawn service that’s been provided for me, but my review score is based up on the communication process of Weedman Peoria. If you make a request, they do not get a hold of you in a timely fashion and generally you have to circle back to them to see if they are going to respond to your request. Then when they say that they’re going to come back out, it’s generally about a week which is insane.
Extremely helpful answering questions before time of service! The technicians helped me create a plan to safely treat alongside the lake, which is super helpful, because it can feel like an undertaking with the amount of weeds that grow up during the summer months. Ashley in the office was so polite and helpful as well— what she didn’t know offhand, she researched for me while on the phone. 10/10 recommend 🌱
