Here are some pros and cons (mostly cons) for Weed Man Lawn Care. Pros: signing up for service was relatively easy. Prices were competitive. They let you pay by the service instead of all at once. We hired Weedman to take care of over $8000 of new zeon zoysia sod (fertilize, spot weed treatment, etc) and provide mosquito treatments around our home. After only two treatments they managed to kill huge swaths of new grass while the weeds have thrived. And the mosquito treatments have done zilch. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Just don't. Don't waste your time or your money.
Very frustrated with this company. I have called, left messages, and sent text messages regarding a call back about our services. They have cancelled our last 2 prepaid application days and our yard has more weeds than I have ever seen. I was promised they would call me when they were headed to our property and the last few times they have just showed up and started calling me then. Their service was even more expensive than our last company and our yard had never looked worse and I can’t talk to anyone about it.
We've lived in our house in Auburn for 6 years, and for a while we used another company for weed control and lawn feeding. Since switching to Weed Man, our grass has never looked better. It's consistently green and healthy, and we've actually gotten several compliments from neighbors on how good the lawn looks. The switch made a real difference, and we've been happy with both the results and the service. Highly recommend Weed Man if you want a lawn that actually gets noticed.
Request immediate action on my refund. The lawn care service that was performed lasted approximately 5–7 minutes. We have camera footage with timestamps clearly showing when the technician arrived. We also contacted Weed Man at the exact time the technician left, and these records support our concerns regarding the quality and duration of the service provided.
