Did you call Weedman or do you have weeds..man? The team at Weedman has it handled for all lawn care needs (except for my dog digging holes, but those holes do not have any weeds). The office team supports the technicians in the field and proactively communicates appointment times without me having to schedule anything. They offer additional services throughout the year and have a strong referral program for your neighbor (haven’t seen that check yet Kevin). I would recommend Weed Man for weed control and fertilization throughout the year. We do our own mowing and landscaping, but this service makes it so much easier to do routine service and maintenance. Haven't had to deal with any weeds and our grass is always lush and green. Brian did a great job while he was here, and I would imagine all the employees are trained in the same way. Great company to work with!
Excellent service and attention to detail! I hated to nitpic on a few things, but Brian was so kind to let me go through some of the little weeds that had popped up after so much rain. He handled everything — he scheduled a follow-up to address the weeds and though I had had asked for more to be killed in areas I thought I hadn’t paid for, Brian reviewed my plan and confirmed I already selected that service and wouldn’t have to pay extra! Javonte Rhodan gave great customer service! I was able to talk to him and discuss my concerns and he explained everything to the questions I had! I would like to request Javonte as my regular Tech!!! Having consistency is important for the customer relationship!
Ray called me after my application and was thorough in detailing the work that was provided to my yard. He validated my concerns on issues I saw prior to his arrival and reassured me that they would be treated and that the service is guaranteed with a treatment at any time. I appreciate the call Ray!
