We have lived across Canada and have always relied on Weed Man for lawn care and have never been disappointed. We have had Weed Man in the Merrickville location for 10 years now to care for our lawn. Their customer service is excellent and we have been following their suggested program and our lawn looks great. We recently moved to Rideau Lakes & I was looking for someone to help with the lawn. For two full seasons, Weed man has sent consultants & technicians to help me with weeds, seeding, fertilizing, grub control & de-thatching! Everyone has been outstanding from Colleen, managing the office (who answers all my questions & gives me the best deal possible) to everyone who has come out on hot, humid or rainy days (with never a complaint). The service was excellent when they finally got here. I have been a customer for years but this year it took numerous calls over a period in excess of three weeks to get the service that I had signed up for and the weeds were growing and starting to flower. Disappointing but not Jeff's fault and he was understanding and sympathetic when he got here. Since my first review, Jim, the owner, came personally for a site visit.
