James Redmond here out of Hiram Tim Finch Came out and completed a treatment on my yard when I say he didn't miss a spot he treated my yard as if it was his own when I got home he was completing the job and went over all the options I could do to better my lawn and also gave me timelines on when ill be seeing changes with certain weeds I had in my lawn its now about 3 weeks later and he was spot on with everything I waited to post just to confirm. I had the pleasure of working with Ron Wade who was incredibly professional and attentive throughout our interactions, making sure all my questions were answered and every detail was addressed. I am happy with the service.
I am disappointed with my recent lawn treatment service. Based on video recordings from my front and back lawn, it was very clear that parts of my lawn were not treated. This has happened before, and I have already brought this concern up in the past. I understand paying for services that are completed, and I will pay the amount charged for this visit. However, due to repeated concerns with incomplete treatment, I have requested to cancel all future scheduled lawn treatments.I
