Weed Man technicians always do a great job of explaining the service they are providing when they come to our house. They ask if there are any particular concerns I have about my lawn and make suggestions about how to improve its health. We love that we get notification at least 24 hours before they come and can ask for a different date if we need to. All in, their service is top notch!
Honestly, if I could leave a negative review like zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, i've had nothing but unexpected disrespectful, Ungodly behavior from this company. I've unfortunately, only have had them here three times one of which they had to come back because they didn't do it correct. Customer service girl andrea was very disrespectful when I spoke with her. After finally getting hold of a manager, she offered me a free respraying of weeds. Very personable technician who answers all of my questions very intelligently. Great service and I have been using their service for going on 3 years now! The branch manager Michael is a wealth of knowledge as well!
We’ve been using WeedMan for several years and have always had great service. They’re responsive and always willing to find solutions for our lawn when needed. We had a grub problem a few years ago and they also were able to help us treat to stop the damage to our lawn and also helped us troubleshoot some other problem spots. Their service providers are always patient and friendly. We’d recommend them without hesitation.
Lawn looks better after each application and the technician always calls with an update after each visit.
