I did not hire Weedman yet they fertilized my lawn (after I had already done it myself). I get it - mistakes happen, house numbers are hard to read, etc. I have spent close to 2 hours of my own time moving my sprinkler, calling weedman, and dealing with this issue. I get that I am not your customer, but I am now your problem - not an easy company to get a straight answer out of or a timely resolution. I am very happy with Weedman, I’ve always said that you find how good someone or a company is when things do not go as planned. Instead of ringing the bell or asking to have the dogs moved inside, the team simply left and did not perform the service. They only returned after I called to inquire about it. Since then, I’ve made it a point to ensure my dogs are in... read more
Our lawn looks wonderful - Our lawn borders, our Neighbours Not kept up lawn- I was a little worried that the weeds would just come over into ours. However, the division between weeds the non-weeds is incredible.
