I have done my own lawn for the past 15+ years. Recently, I was having trouble with the front lawn and in fairness - the front has improved, which is nice. That being said, my back is worse. I got some beautiful fertilizer stripes, which i did not have before. I'm happy my front has improved, but i'll switch back to doing it myself and augment for the rest of this season to knock back the weeds and 'mute' the stripes. Working with the employees in person and via phone has been an enjoyable and satisfactory experience. We’ve had the service for 2 years and seen improvement in the lawn condition. Still have some weeds in our backyard but the front yard is doing well. An easy company to work with for sure.

I have been a pretty high maintenance customer to their admin team. (New customer as of this year). That being said, everyone I have interacted with has been professional and helpful. Their office responds promptly. One hiccup I had was that when I was a brand new customer, I didn't get as much communication as I would have liked on when the first treatment would be applied, the salesman told me mid april, and the first treatment was applied early may. I have been using another company for 4 years and was not happy with the service. They used the large machines across our lawn that left marks and did not properly disperse the product. What I love about Weed Man is they walk the lawn with spreaders or hose to disperse the product evenly. If your using companies that use the machines change to Weed man and you will be VERY HAPPY with the results. !!!
