Their customer service in the Guelph area leaves a lot to be desired. I have spoken to two customer service reps on two consecutive days about why they didnt show as promised. I explained that I needed to travel 30 miles to the property and why I needed to be there when the technician arrived but they claimed that their hands were tied. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called Weedman and received a quote to spray all of my grass including the front yard, boulevard, side yard and backyard. They came to the house and only sprayed the front yard in front of my house, missing the boulevard, side yard and backyard. I called them and explained to them that they missed about 50% of the grass and I received no solution. I then cancelled service with them.
