I have worked with Jeffrey back in 2014/2015 and he helped us sell our house at that time. The sale was not straightforward and had some challenges but Jeffrey worked with me all throughout. After screening several brokers, Jeff's expertise and experience impressed me. Therefore I hired him to sell my coop in Queens. Jeff is knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. In many cases, people sell their houses lower than original listing price. With Jeff's help, I sell my coop at higher price than I asked for. As a first time home buyer Kaivan provide all the support I needed. He does his research on the houses and see if they meet your requirements before showing you them.
