I have a very positive experience. There is less than 10 minutes waiting time. I get appointments when asked for. The electronic system was not functioning but has been fixed. Dr Ata is very professional and attentive during my visits. Cristina Rojas

I arrived early for my appointment. A few minutes after digitally checking in I was brought in for a brief questionnaire and blood pressure check. After that, I returned to the waiting room. I then waited over 55 minutes until my actual appointment with Dr. Okolie. When he finally arrived, I casually mentioned that every reminder that I had received for my appointment had included a notice that I would be charged $80 for missed or late appointments. My wife arrived for an interview prior to meeting with Dr Chukwudi. The staff person was extremely rude and when my wife asked a question with reference to the form she was given to fill out, the gentleman at the reception said " I am not here to help you, I'm busy, if you do not like it you are free to leave" he repeated this to my wife twice. The staff proved very unprofessional and rude and I would not advise anyone to persu medical referrals here.
