Experience here was great - quick, friendly, and well organized! Booking an appointment was a bit of a process, you have to request one and it took them about 2 weeks to confirm it. But seeing as the healthcare system is overrun, waiting is expected these days. Dr. Manning took the time to explain to me the procedure, ensured I was comfortable, and was incredibly kind. Highly recommend this clinic for non-emergency appointments.
The clinic is impossible to reach. You call the phone number, wait on hold until it disconnects and says “there is no one available to answer your call. please email us” and then they don’t respond to email either. I don’t understand. I had a birth control implant from Dr. Manning when she was at a different location. My doctor sent a new referral here, twice, to have it removed as it’s causing me health problems now. VERY hard (impossible) to get thru to front desk, They need better or more help with office Administration. Out of futility i drove there to speak with them in person to get a printout of a prescription put on my wifes file after her Dr. appointment 3 days ago and was told they could not give it to me without her authorization. So, i got her on the phone and she gave verbal authorization to the staff after being asked some questions. Then I was told I couldn't have it because Dr. was not in and he had to authorize it. I called this clinic a few days ago .they tell me come to do the test today. And I went there.they tell me have to wait after my birthday I can do that. But when I call them I already tell them my information. That is make me feel they just truck me go there . And when I talked to doctor I feel she just want go. No patience for people. They are only interested in get paid. Never see such impatience doctor like this. She even didn’t check my pain.and didn’t ask any questions about my pain.
This clinic lets you make an appointment to get in for the same day if possible and I’ve had a good experience each time I’ve had to come here. I was able to make an appointment online to get in for 2pm the same day. The waiting area is clean and quiet and the front desk staff are friendly. Each time I’ve gone I’m taken quickly at my scheduled time, triaged with the nurse and then a short wait to see the doctor.
