My mother has been a patient of Dr. Subramanian for serveral years, we consider him a capable professional. The same cannot be said about the front desk staff. Our visit to this clinic was extremely disappointing today, and I'm deeply concerned about the lack of communication from the front desk staff. The doctor prescribed an urgent X-ray for my mom that was supposed to be sent to them on the same day. It started with making a walk in appointment online and then I go to cancel the appointment and it says error and to call office. So I wait till the clinic opens to then be put on hold for 25 minutes and then someone comes on the phone and says please hold (doesn’t even wait for my response) and then puts me on hold for another 10 minutes where I then have to get in my car with kids to the clinic because my appt time is almost 10 minutes away.
