It started with making a walk in appointment online and then I go to cancel the appointment and it says error and to call office. So I wait till the clinic opens to then be put on hold for 25 minutes and then someone comes on the phone and says please hold (doesn’t even wait for my response) and then puts me on hold for another 10 minutes where I then have to get in my car with kids to the clinic because my appt time is almost 10 minutes away.
