I am very happy with my family doctor, Dr. Dong, at A Well Health Clinic. He was super nice and was able to diagnose my symptoms accurately and provide the proper medication and examination. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and they were able to schedule me in without any hassle. Highly recommend!
They claim to be open until 8, but if you arrive at 6, the doctor is already done seeing patients for the night… As another review perfectly stated, this is playing with people’s health. If no patients are accepted after 6, that should be made clear. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this is a service that should meet a higher standard.
On Nov 18th, 2024, I got at this "walk-in" clinic at 5:30pm after checking the opening hours (until 8pm). It was basically empty, there was only one lady in front of me. The receptionist than told me the Doctor was not taking any more patients for the day. I then explained that I was experiencing shortness of breath and pressure on my chest. My spouse had what he thought could be initial symptoms of a stroke and wanted to get it checked out. The walk-in doctor, Dr. Mahlase, was great. He arrived in the room after a 5-10 minutes wait. He did his assessment and I found him to be thorough and detailed.
Took my daughter for walk in. Showed up at 9 am and was able to see the doctor in 45 mins.
