I got in touch with Well Health as requested below and they did not respond. Many things that need improved, but has only gotten worse the last 5 years. My “family” doctor works a few days a week here, and when he’s working I’m usually only able to book a walk in appointment and hope I get him and not another doctor when I get my turn. Theres no way to book an appointment time even if you’re a patient here, you can only book a time to show up and wait with other walk in patients. Went to this clinic on Sunday, after 5 days of fever. The front desk staff was lovely and accommodating. Saw the doctor very briefly, was told some samples were being sent to the lab. Contacted another doctor Tuesday, sent to the lab the same day, results the next morning, on meds by Wednesday and finally healing. Called this clinic and asked why no one called me about my abnormal results only to be told that that doctor was out sick. The doctors not even taking a look at you after you waiting so much time in the waiting room. My doctor gave me a referral, when I came back and asked what going on with my referral after 6 months, she look on the computer and told me she forgot to press “submit”. I wanted an appointment after couple months I didn’t visit the clinic and they told me that because I didn’t visit the clinic more than 2 years (which is wrong) I need to ask my doctor if she still willing to be my doctor. Disappointing experience at the walk-in clinic I recently visited this clinic on a Saturday and my experience was quite frustrating. After a 2h30 wait, I was finally called by a very professional and competent nurse, who took the time to listen to my symptoms and make a good diagnosis. She then informed me that the doctor would see me. Unfortunately, it was from there that everything went downhill.
