Went there for a deep cut that needed stitches. The place was empty. Nobody in the front. We tried to enter the health insurance number on their device, said “doesn’t work talk to the desk people”. Again nobody. We could hear people in the back so we tried to call and they seem like they were avoiding us. We waited 5-10 min until the cotton bandage was starting to be soak in blood. Then we left for the hospital. Aren’t you suppose to help people?
Went here three time the only reason is because my boss tells me to. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE IF I HAD THE CHOICE! first time I was diagnosed right very good doc although she was very forgetful and asked the same question a few times but the fact she new what the issue was I was very happy 4star to her honestly the second time the doctor very bad I went in with an ear infection I was crying because of the pain. I got in touch with Well Health as requested below and they did not respond. Many things that need improved, but has only gotten worse the last 5 years. My “family” doctor works a few days a week here, and when he’s working I’m usually only able to book a walk in appointment and hope I get him and not another doctor when I get my turn. Theres no way to book an appointment time even if you’re a patient here, you can only book a time to show up and wait with other walk in patients. In the process of finally getting a doctor. The clinic reach out to me which was shocking. I appreciate the effort this clinic made to help me secure a permanent doctor. Which seems very difficult these days to many people not enough doctors in the city. The doctor was very nice and very caring . Dr. Eribo seems very nice and professional. Not sure why there is so many negative reviews but I had a wonderful experience! Waiting time was short, had my meet-and-greet with Dr. Eribo, she was very kind and listened to all my concerns and asked a bunch of questions, was referred right away to get an X-ray of my spine as I had been having back pain since a gym injury a couple months ago! Thank you Dr. Eribo and team for getting me the answers I needed, I will be back:)
