I had a wonderful experience at the clinic today. I went to see my new family doctor, Dr. Uchenna who took over the care of all the patients of my previous family doctor. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. I had booked my appointment online, and I really appreciated the check-in system. Great fast professional medical service. I was able to book the appointment online, drive, attend to be by Dr Mulka and leave within an hour. All staff were great to work with.
I've had some negative experiences with this clinic in the past so was hesitant to go back but I was pleasantly surprised today at how smoothly things went. I'm not ready to give a full 5 stars but I am happy to say they seem to have improved service significantly since I was last there a few years back. I recently visited this clinic with my elderly mother as a walk-in patient, and unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. The clinic opened later than the posted time, and the check-in process was confusing. There was no clear signage at the entrance explaining the self-service online booking/check-in system, and no receptionist at the front desk to assist patients. I saw a doctor at this clinic today as I'm very sick and I had asked for a doctors note, explained my financial situation and that I couldn't pay the $35 that was expected for a doctors note, I didn't expect to be given a free doctors note the worst that could have been said was no and I would have been fine with that. The doctor proceeded to go off on a tangent about if I were to walk into a grocery store and expect free food from them that would be unrealistic, which I agree and I wouldn't do that as the food bank exists. ... read more
