I've had some negative experiences with this clinic in the past so was hesitant to go back but I was pleasantly surprised today at how smoothly things went. I'm not ready to give a full 5 stars but I am happy to say they seem to have improved service significantly since I was last there a few years back. Great fast professional medical service. I was able to book the appointment online, drive, attend to be by Dr Mulka and leave within an hour. All staff were great to work with.
You will be seen by a doctor... eventually. If you book online, expect to wait 1.5-2 hours past your appointmnet time. If you walk in and book I can only assume it will be longer. I saw at least 4 people check in for their appointment after me and then be seen and discharged before I was every seen. I don't know what their rational is for taking some patients ahead of others but it feels chaotic and disorganized. In some situations this is faster than an urgent care center but not by much. I saw a doctor at this clinic today as I'm very sick and I had asked for a doctors note, explained my financial situation and that I couldn't pay the $35 that was expected for a doctors note, I didn't expect to be given a free doctors note the worst that could have been said was no and I would have been fine with that. The doctor proceeded to go off on a tangent about if I were to walk into a grocery store and expect free food from them that would be unrealistic, which I agree and I wouldn't do that as the food bank exists. ... read more
Very easy to register and book appointment online as a walkin patient, lots of availability even at the same day. Met Dr. Eribo for the first time this afternoon, very caring and understood my concerns and willing to take time to explain in details and quite knowledgble to share with me difference between different pain Control medicine.
