Service and care have been declining at the Beddington location over the past six months. Repeated walk in appointments with the same doctor have felt very degrading and have felt that myself and my family asking for help and care are both inconvenient and annoying for doctor Mahlase. Today was the worst! My husband went for help with foot pain, made an appointment then was made to wait three hour after appointment time. My experiences at Well Health have been really quite positive overall. I feel the clinic has improved substantially since it became a Well Health clinic. Wait times have been noticeably reduced. Dr. Srikisson is my doctor and is an absolutely fantastic doctor & a really lovely woman - very, very knowledgeable, understanding, kind & helpful. Her nurse/assistant Peggy is great!
NEVER come here I am very FURIOUS with this clinic. I came in feeling absolutely awful, coughing nonstop, weak and could barely breathe. And the doctor brushed it off like it was nothing. They told me it was “just a cough” and would go away in a few days. Then, I decided to go to a different doctor because there was NO WAY, it was “just a cough”. It turned out I had severe pneumonia. I showed up at this clinic around 6:30pm because their Google listing clearly says “open until 9pm, no appointments necessary.” There were only two patients in the waiting room, yet the front desk admin told me they were “fully booked” for the rest of the night and even the next day (Saturday). The excuse given was that the doctor “got in late today,” so somehow that meant he was completely booked for the next 2.5 hours. I call bogus. Went there for a deep cut that needed stitches. The place was empty. Nobody in the front. We tried to enter the health insurance number on their device, said “doesn’t work talk to the desk people”. Again nobody. We could hear people in the back so we tried to call and they seem like they were avoiding us. We waited 5-10 min until the cotton bandage was starting to be soak in blood. Then we left for the hospital. Aren’t you suppose to help people?
