Made multiple calls and every time I had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to answer the call. Then the receptionist will rush you on the phone and hang up quickly. Was not like this 6 months ago. I will be dropping my family doctor at this location and look for a new clinic soon.
I got in touch with Well Health as requested below and they did not respond. Many things that need improved, but has only gotten worse the last 5 years. My “family” doctor works a few days a week here, and when he’s working I’m usually only able to book a walk in appointment and hope I get him and not another doctor when I get my turn. Theres no way to book an appointment time even if you’re a patient here, you can only book a time to show up and wait with other walk in patients. The staff is so polite and always asking if there is anything more they can do for me. Absolutely terrible place, no human available to communicate with patients. Phone number is closed to calls. Just pathetic, when you finally get through you are automatically put on hold for more than 15 minutes and no one speaking, then they drop the call. Dr Hardy get this practice sorted out, wasn't like this 5 years ago. A response here from the clinic would be nice but after reading other comments, it seems they only respond to positive comments.
The doctors not even taking a look at you after you waiting so much time in the waiting room. My doctor gave me a referral, when I came back and asked what going on with my referral after 6 months, she look on the computer and told me she forgot to press “submit”. I wanted an appointment after couple months I didn’t visit the clinic and they told me that because I didn’t visit the clinic more than 2 years (which is wrong) I need to ask my doctor if she still willing to be my doctor.
