From the minute I walked in to the time i left, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The receptionists, nurses are so helpful and very kind and humble. The doctors are always willing to listen to you attentively and carefully assess and diagnose your situation. Amazing staff . Remarkable service. Thank you all ❤️
If I could give them 0 star I would. First of all my appointment was at 5 and now it’s almost 6 and no doctor came like bruh. This is so un sigma I’m going to crash out like what the employees are nice and all but they’re taking sooo long.
Appointments are more for information collection than actual scheduling. I had to wait an hour and thirty minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Doctor asked me to remove my clothes to do an examination and said he’d be back. He visited two other patients during that time. Receptionist with red bob and looks like she is from a Guyanese or Trinidadian decent didn’t even acknowledge me before walking away and then told me I need to be using the iPad not speaking with her.
Longest wait time ever, had to wait 2.5 hours to get refill proscriptions from doctor. Was only 6 patient in front of me and they took 30 mins for each patient. Spend your time wisely but not here.
There is a doctor here who barely does any examinations and has let two people's "viral coughs" go untreated to the point both got pneumonia. Just give a tiny bit of cough syrup and barely listens to patients. Wouldn't recommend if he is working (Dr. Olaolu)
