I walked into the doctors office at 2:45pm, I was told to book an appointment using there booking system. I was able to secure a stop for 3:30pm. I received a confirmation via email. No where on the confirmation indicated I had to check in again. I was in the doctors office until 4:30 until I noticed everyone's name being called except mine. I spoke to the reception who told me I had to check in and I will have to wait another 20 mins. I cancelled my appointment and will never visit this place again.
I had the same experience with Dr. Shumaila Kamal at the Well Health Mississauga location. He read my blood test and recommended two ver strong medications. When I asked her if it was possible to start with a lower dosage she immediately and rudely said he would make a note in my file that I don’t want to follow doctor’s orders. She was very dismissive and I had to take her prescriptions. I went back a week later to see another doctor that said she had misdiagnosed my condition and I didn’t need any of those medications.
