I had a rather frustrating experience with the reception process at the clinic. It seems that there's a new check-in system where patients are required to scan and fill out their information beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this requirement, which led to a lengthy wait. They are worst Just Money Makers, I'll Suggest you to go for Better and Cheap Option ( Excellent Care Medical Centre & Pharmacy ). I'll visited with my friend as He needs Health Checkup for his sickness. The Receptionist is Good but the DOCTOR Oh God She isn't. She Just ask about what happens and from how long. After the examination all She Suggests To VISIT A HOSPITAL in Emergency. All we want is just medical tests but she didn't even write or Suggest on prescription and only said GO to Emergency. Doctor Beaumander has been my doc my entire life. I am now 48. From the age of 10 he was our family doctor. Yesterday I came to him in a very bad place. He was very empathetic and as always he helped me. He listened. I'm happy that he is now my husband and daughters doctor too. He will be until he retires.
Dr. Michael was & probably still is fantastic. Thank you - all of your support is much appreciated. Few recommendations - You should add a phone number on Google for this clinic & update your post card with appointment registration instructions for your patients.
From the minute I walked in to the time i left, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The receptionists, nurses are so helpful and very kind and humble. The doctors are always willing to listen to you attentively and carefully assess and diagnose your situation. Amazing staff . Remarkable service. Thank you all ❤️
