I had a rather frustrating experience with the reception process at the clinic. It seems that there's a new check-in system where patients are required to scan and fill out their information beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this requirement, which led to a lengthy wait. I was recently seen by Dr. Sheik (female), and I found her bedside manner to be highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Prior to the appointment, I had an ultrasound done, which revealed a lump on my liver. During the consultation, Dr. Sheik reviewed the results and, without any sensitivity or context, turned to me and my wife and said, “They found a lump on the right side of your liver,” then just stared at us. Doctor Beaumander has been my doc my entire life. I am now 48. From the age of 10 he was our family doctor. Yesterday I came to him in a very bad place. He was very empathetic and as always he helped me. He listened. I'm happy that he is now my husband and daughters doctor too. He will be until he retires.
From the minute I walked in to the time i left, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The receptionists, nurses are so helpful and very kind and humble. The doctors are always willing to listen to you attentively and carefully assess and diagnose your situation. Amazing staff . Remarkable service. Thank you all ❤️
