Been going to this clinic for almost 10 years now, never had a good experience in the manner of getting an appointment. Just recently I had to book a phone appointment for prescription refill the earliest they had was for June 3rd which I booked May 11th. My spouse did an MRI on May 23rd and when she called today to check on the report the Dr. has not even read it. What a pathetic situation. I've been coming to this clinic for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The new sign-in technology is fairly easy to navigate. Grateful to have access to medical care during an ongoing national doctor shortage.
Dr. Abraham is kind and compassionate. She is very professional and caring. She listens to my concerns and is very reasonable. The receptionists are also very patient, polite and attentive.
Dr. Yu has been consistently thorough and personable in his care and education. He is a top notch family physician. Recently I needed a last minute requisition and Wendy and Dr. Yu went above and beyond for me. Thank you! I understand the frustrations and difficulties of finding a GP in this climate as I’ve been without one for 15 years until finding Dr. Yu. It is a great privilege to have Dr.Yu as my medical provider.
