very poor at making an appointment with nothing but frustration. I am a patient as such this outfit should have their own medicine back by trying to log on as a staff member into the patient member and see that after 3 hours on the phone and listening to the music is very frustrating. high time the government smartens up these doctors and if they dont like it in giving a responsive service to the public then they can move on some where else that would put up with lack of caring.
