The worst care or moreso lack thereof that I’ve received in my life. I want to preface by saying I understand how the healthcare system has been operating for years now—but we shouldn’t have to compromise to a point where 2 and a half months go by after receiving a diagnosis that “leads to cancer” without the follow up phone call or new patient attachment forms promised by Dr. Nasrin Maiter at my initial appointment. Zero stars if possible. I’ve been with this clinic for years and had my family doctor here who I last saw in 2020 with a phone call appointment which resulted in an in-person visit. The visit led to further tests and results were sent to Dr Kajee (my family doctor). I tried to book an appointment recently but I’ve somehow been turned into a walk-in patient only and can no longer go to this clinic as they do not do walk-in anymore. If you give them a 1 star review then you obviously haven’t noticed how BROKEN the entire medical system is. The ladies who work in this office are lovely and helpful. Yes they may need to place you on hold, but again that is the “ broken system”. My doctor is fantastic and I can tell you that they all care! So be nicer when you leave these bad reviews. They aren’t the ones to be blamed.

Dr. Wiaan bedeker best family doctor I’ve had. He’s very patient and listens to your concerns. He’s very polite and caring. I would highly recommend him. The receptionists are super nice and welcome you with smile. I’ve never had a problem booking appointments with them. Never have to wait long time to see doctor. Overall 10/10 experience

I only have good things to say about my experience with Dr. Bedeker. His approach is highly professional and evidence informed. He takes the time to answer questions and follow up when deemed necessary. The same cannot be said about the clinic. The primary issue is contacting the clinic - although the online portal is straightforward enough, reaching the reception to book or modify an appointment or ask a question has been impossible in my experience.
