First time at this clinic today. They accepted me as a patient as my partner is a long time patient and my long time GP has just retired. and they arranged a meet and greet the same afternoon. The front end staff were very efficient , friendly and welcoming. The organization was efficient and impressive. The physician was also friendly and impressive. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.
Been a patient here for almost 10 years. Booking software is so easy to use. The desk staff is all so kind, helpful- always greet me by name when I come in. They’re very good about squeezing me in for last minute urgent stuff when it comes up, saving me visits to ER or urgent care. Really like my doctor, Doctor Teoh. Very straightforward, to the point, efficient and kind. No fuss no muss.
