The booking system worked fine and my excellent Dr. G. Liknaitsky helped me with the issues I planned to report. His plan of treatments was efficient and time-saving. This is a very organized office with excellent doctors and support staff (including nurse who helped me last time.) Thank you, CityView Wellness Clinic!
My Dr is Great and I use to be very happy with the clinic , however Im recent months I have had several problems with communication as the exception services are Very unreliable, either camped off all day or early at 2-3 pm , myself and 4 of my family members have all experienced the same . Online booking is great but useless for those who need to confirm a specialist appointment has been booked or to track a Prescription that did not get faxed to the pharmacy and needs to be faxed . I have a question but can’t get through via phone, the automated service doesn’t work properly. I am trying to make an appointment for a meet and greet with Rachel for my partner but he isn’t showing as a patient. Our family was recently referred to this clinic with Rachel being our practitioner. Rachel said to book a meet and greet for my partner but I am not sure how to do that. She I book the meet and greet under my name?
20.01.2026 Update, as some will see from response they seem so worried but, with phone, name, physicians name and actual address of the clinic, nothing is done for 2 weeks. So this is just an update to say not one of the best experiences in this place. Its really nice place with some professionals and some not very. My family D Lee and she is really nice and experienced and ready to hear out. The best clinic ever. Can't praise them enough. Everyone at this medical centre is so efficient and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!!
