This clinic is very well respected. I always feel they are professional, caring and address all of my concerns without feeling been rushed. Can't say enough how great Dr. Liknaitzky is.
Dr.Farmer has been my Doctor for a number of years now. I first meet Dr.Farmer when he was a UBC Medical Student through a Doctor Hallpenny many years ago. Now he is my Wife’s Doctor and my Daughter and Granddaughter Doctor. Best helpful Doctor in Vancouver British Columbia Canada.
I like our family's nurse practitioner, but I am not impressed with the service provided at reception in this clinic. The clinic asks patients to use an online booking system. Phone calls are required to book baby appointments. I have been on hold for long lengths of time (15-20 mins), and when I finally get through, it is to an automated (AI) system. Alyssa Laserson has been taking care of our family for the last several years and I couldn’t be happier. She actually cares about us and delivers excellent advice. We are so lucky to have her as our healthcare provider. The only improvement I would like to see is being able to cancel appointments on the online platform as calling into the clinic sometimes takes a lot of time!!
Called first thing in the morning and was able to get in to see a doctor the same day even though my family doctor wasn't available.The doctor I saw was very thorough and attended to my care. Great patient service, I've been coming to this office for over 20 years. Great bedside manner
