This is my regular family docs office. Yesterday I went to a meet and greet new doc because old doc is reducing the time. The encounter itself wsd good with him giving me test. However he says lay down on your back and the I was mildly confused so he go "its on your back how else" seem annoyed. It’s absolutely impossible to get in touch with this clinic. I had an unexpected work-related issue and needed to cancel my in-person meet-and-greet appointment, but I couldn’t reach anyone. Their phone lines are closed before 2:00 p.m., even though their automated voice message says 3:00 p.m., their online system repeatedly displays an error when I try to cancel or reschedule, and their automated message says it will send a link to my phone so I can manage my appointment, but the text never arrives. Dr. Akodu is very friendly and takes the time to discuss concerns patiently. He listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and makes patients feel comfortable throughout the consultation.
My Family Dr. Stockburger was away on holiday so got in to see Dr. Haroun & I have to say he was very Personable & made me feel right at ease & went over all my test results thoroughly so I understood everything 👍
Dr Webb is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. She is so wonderful!!! So pleasant kind and knowledgable. She listens so well and deeply cares about her patients. She is an incredible Dr. I am so blessed and grateful to have her as my family Dr. She an absolute angel and has helped me with so much of my health issues.
