It’s absolutely impossible to get in touch with this clinic. I had an unexpected work-related issue and needed to cancel my in-person meet-and-greet appointment, but I couldn’t reach anyone. Their phone lines are closed before 2:00 p.m., even though their automated voice message says 3:00 p.m., their online system repeatedly displays an error when I try to cancel or reschedule, and their automated message says it will send a link to my phone so I can manage my appointment, but the text never arrives. Dr. Akodu is very friendly and takes the time to discuss concerns patiently. He listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and makes patients feel comfortable throughout the consultation.
My Family Dr. Stockburger was away on holiday so got in to see Dr. Haroun & I have to say he was very Personable & made me feel right at ease & went over all my test results thoroughly so I understood everything 👍
Dr Webb is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. She is so wonderful!!! So pleasant kind and knowledgable. She listens so well and deeply cares about her patients. She is an incredible Dr. I am so blessed and grateful to have her as my family Dr. She an absolute angel and has helped me with so much of my health issues. Thank you so much Dr. Webb for all that you do for me. ❤️
Dr Webb is absolutely fabulous. If I were reviewing her, it would be 5 stars. However, between the MOA/receptionists being unengaged and unhelpful and whatever you've done with the phone system, I'm frustrated. My phone never rings when the Doctor calls - she says she tried multiple times but there is no record of any calls. I sat here with my phone all day. Other people called just fine. I get a voicemail on my second number at 1525 that says call in the next 15 minutes. So I do, but the office phones shut off half an hour ... read more
