I have always had very good experiences with Colebrook Medical. Have been with them for many years. At times they are short staff due to illness as anywhere and it can be difficult to get through on the phone. Everyone tries their best to keep up with the workload.
I"ve been going here for more than a decade and the staff is just prickly and rude. I'm so underwhelmed by them. On a callback to the office, the first person picked up after a minute or so and asked what I was calling for; I told her and she asked for me to wait while she put me on hold. Waited until about 8 minutes in and a second person came on the line asking how they can help; I was immediately unnerved about the wait - wondering what I was waiting for, why I was asked that question only to get put on hold and then to g... read more
Good staff! Everyone is very friendly and polite. The Doctors take time to hear your concerns and recommend appropriate treatments! 5 star ⭐️
Dr. Stockburger is the most professional doctor we know out there !! He is so attentive and understanding to our health issues !! We couldn’t ask for a better doctor ever !!! We have been seeing him for the last 5 years !!!
