Dr Webb is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. She is so wonderful!!! So pleasant kind and knowledgable. She listens so well and deeply cares about her patients. She is an incredible Dr. I am so blessed and grateful to have her as my family Dr. She an absolute angel and has helped me with so much of my health issues. Thank you so much Dr. Webb for all that you do for me. ❤️
Dr Webb is absolutely fabulous. If I were reviewing her, it would be 5 stars. However, between the MOA/receptionists being unengaged and unhelpful and whatever you've done with the phone system, I'm frustrated. My phone never rings when the Doctor calls - she says she tried multiple times but there is no record of any calls. I sat here with my phone all day. Other people called just fine. I get a voicemail on my second number at 1525 that says call in the next 15 minutes. So I do, but the office phones shut off half an hour ... read more
Once u get there it's great. But their phone system had more to desire, can't reach a person if your life depended on it. At least not easily. To me it's unfriendly. The whole idea of mentioning up front that rude behaviour won't be tolerated is so odd. I never do that with my clients, I simy deliver a great value and don't need to mention that. Dr Mark Stockburger is excellent and the support staff are always helpful and friendly. Walk -in appointments appear to often be available for those who don’t have a family Doctor. Highly recommend this Well Health location.
Friendly staff team, understanding and caring. Dr W is awesome, I never feel rushed. She’s always gentle, kind and empathetic. She listens and cares about what you say as a patient. Highly recommend this clinic.
