Dealing with the front desk staff has been nothing but a curveball for all the years I have attended this clinic. I give my family doctor 5 STARS, the front desk people MINUS 5 STARS. I received a voicemail yesterday to call them, when I call today , I get spoken to as if I am completely wasting her time. My experience with this clinic and the front end staff has never been positive. I have been going here for over 25 years. Trying to get through to talk to somebody is ridiculous. I waited on hold for nine minutes today. For the most part, I haven’t felt the staff is there to help if you need it. It’s usually just a flat out no, with no help of trying to find a solution or another option. I have spoken to Supervisors in the past and that was good but things never seemed to change. I’ve been coming to this clinic for 11 years . I’ve had the same doctor for the entire time , Dr. Nadia Majid . She is extremely thorough and kind. I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful family doctor! staff are efficient and professional. They are very busy and process patients in a manner respectful of everyone’s time. So appreciative of their efforts!
Dr. Mohammad is the best family doctor I've ever had. He takes excellent care of me and my family. He genuinely cares for his patients and takes his time to answer my questions. He also asks lots of questions and is very thorough. I also appreciate how he offers multiple treatment options and explains them. My kids had pneumonia during the summer and we had to constantly visit him in the clinic.
