Our family has been visiting this clinic for over 15 years. Despite changes in doctors over the years, the positive atmosphere and excellent experience have remained consistent. With recent improvements, such as the convenience of booking appointments online, the clinic is better than ever.
I am 85 years old with a pre-existing multilevel spinal L4-5 S1 & C6-7 fusion going back since 1974 including stage 3-4 Ovarian, Tongue and Large Colon Cancer survivor between 1984-2021. I was attended by Dr. Stephen MacDonald the past 12 years under its founder Dr. Gummerson. Dr. MacDonald is always wonderful and I am very fortunate to be his patient. I always feel calm when I have an appointment because he is well educated, up to date on the latest research, and tells me about his diagnosis and what I need to do to become and stay healthy in a manner that does not make me nervous and gives me confidence that I can and will overcome every medical problem.
Dr. Dong is always punctual with appointments and provides attentive care, which makes me feel at ease during every visit, including phone appointments. The receptionists are also friendly and respond in a warm, welcoming, and attentive manner.
