My doctor is very kind and helpful. There are three new staff at the front desk and they are all very courteous and helpful; I find this to be rare at clinics. I was dizzy and nauseous and had to wait in the waiting area for 45 minutes. They checked on me a few times and offered me water. In that time I saw them interact with many patients. I was really impressed with their willingness to help others.
Dr. Stephen Macdonald is an excellent family doctor. Extremely attentive, caring, thorough and listens well. He has taken good care of my family and we throughly trust him for our care.

Mr dr is great and I am so glad I found her. The receptionists have always been nice enough and I haven't ever had trouble booking, although frustrating I find those complaints somewhat trivial. But, I do agree the are the worst in terms of not knowing what they are doing whatsoever. I have too many actual dropping the ball issues with them to name. Everything from sending my requisitions to the wrong dr office repeatedly after being corrected several times to not sending in or passing on requisitions altogether. I waited m... read more
I was lucky to find a family doctor in this clinic. Over my several visits my experience was flawless: online appointment booking is convenient, my doctor availability is high enough (never booked more than a week in advance, once even booked for a next day visit), appointments start on time. And then Dr Dong is always attentive and caring, knows my history well and always gives me enough time. Grateful to be a patient here.
