Plain and simple trash, they wouldnt even let me make an appointment because other new patients never came back, as if everyone would do that. Why do you even have a presence if you can't help a citizen of bc for 28 years when they need it? Its pathetic that healthcare has come to this, free and useless. I get its tough out there but its ultimately pathetic that i can't get help when i need it in a more detailed sense then going to a hospital will grant me. Enough said.

Dr. Warren Shenkenfelder saved my life, I was very desperate about my dizziness and neck conditon and got into a very bad depression, Dr Shenkenfelder helped me and saved me from it. I'm fighting it through now. I want to say you are the best and most knowledgeable doctor I've ever met, I thank god I met you when I was in my lowest point. - Jackson

I found this clinic to be super helpful and polite. The doctor I saw was great! She listened, made suggestions, and answered all my questions. When I see negative reviews, I wonder what attitudes these people had when they walked into the clinic. How did they treat the staff and doctors? People don't appreciate how hard these doctors work and how much more difficult being a doctor is today. I heartily recommend this clinic.

... my partner saw one of this clinic's physicians on several occasions (in person and via phone); when the doctor was going on leave he told my partner that as she was now registered with the clinic she could see another doctor in his absence. Sometime later, when she tried to book an appointment she was told, basically, no appointments were and probably never would available. Doctor was super hostile and unpleasant. I was looking for prescription via advice given to me by a psychologist, a psychiatrist, 2 GPs, and a nurse practitioners saying a walk-in clinic would be able to prescribe me this medication if the doctor felt comfortable doing so. The clinic sent me to the same doctor twice even though she obviously did not feel comfortable giving me the medication.
