Room for improvement. The nurse announced to me that she was leaving her cell phone on because she was expecting a call from her veterinarian about her dog. That is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed in a doctor's office. The office she saw me in was egregiously dark and she used a little Mickey Mouse home monitor that she had to hold so that the batteries wouldn't fall out to take my blood pressure.
