My family recently lost their GP as he retired, which can definitely be scary if you have required prescriptions due to medical issues for anyone in your family. Every time that I have booked an appointment, the doctor has been extremely understanding, diligent in getting the relevant information and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I've had a great experience with NP Lisa Newman here. You can just tell she is an extremely caring person and does this job for all the right reasons. She is intelligent and provides you with information so you can make a decision together, but she is also open to being wrong and seeks advice from her peers. In my opinion, she is everything a nurse practitioner should be. I have never had an issue with the front desk ladies either! Always decent and helpful.

In August, after moving to Vancouver I was told that I could apply to become a patient of a nurse practitioner at the Kerrisdale Clinic. I submitted my application but never heard back. I phoned several times but did not learn until November that my paper application was never processed, and was probably lost. The only positive thing is that I was able to see a doctor and have my prescriptions renewed. Now I have been told I should apply online but online Kerrisdale is not listed as a clinic taking new patients. What to do? ... read more

Had a great experience with Dr. Das. He listened to all my concerns with empathy and patiently addressed each one. I appreciated his energetic way of explaining everything so that it's understandable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as well. I only took off one star because the phone appointments are unreliable. Even with an appointment time, sometimes the call comes way after the 45 min. window and sometimes not at all. Would recommend going in-person though.

I have had many phone appointments with Well Health Kerrisdale and always receive the best care. My file has been there for at least 25 years. I am happy with the care provided to me. The software makes it easy to book a phone appointment for the Walk-In Doctor one day in advance.
