I like my family nurse here but she wasn't available for a couple of weeks and I needed a prescription refill sooner, so I scheduled a phone consult with a doctor instead. I hadn't received a phone call 20 minutes after the scheduled time, so I called the front desk to make sure they had this down as a phone consult and weren't going to charge me for a no show. First of all, the clinic is centered in a very beautiful area. I always feel comfortable each time I visit. The staff are very polite, kind, and helpful. The doctors are the best and always ensure your health needs are looked after and handled with care.
Shortly after eight this morning, I logged in and made an appointment for 1120. Arrived a few minutes late, but found the nice lady at the front desk. Helpful for checking me in quickly, And to my surprise within two or three minutes, I was called into an examining room where I waited less than one minute for Dr. con who helped me very quickly. Hard to beat today’s experience with a walk-in clinic. Kudos.
It was quick and good care. I love the way it operates we had bad opinions about Canada Healthcare so far. This clinic changed my impressions. It worth for it to be Canadian. Same day appointment and same day lab test. No delay. But it’s good for small health issues only. If Canada Health’s operates like this people love to be here.
