Love my doctor, but the clinic does not really understand consent and I cannot recommend anyone go here. Consent is supposed to be clear and informed, this is set up to force you to consent by presenting the consents immediately before your appointment with large masses of texts, and forcing you to accept one or you will not be permitted to enter. Dr. de Ancaster gave me one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I booked my appointment properly, received confirmation, showed up on time, and was still forced to wait over 2 hours before being seen. No apology, no respect for my time, and no professionalism from the clinic or the doctor. Dr. DeLuca is an exceptional physician. She has always shown me kindness and compassion. She advocated for my health needs for an important referral.I only wish she were my family doctor. Best feature of the clinic is that they accept next-day bookings, if you book a day in advance , it's very easy to get an appointment the following day .
Absolutely unacceptable experience at WELL Health Medical Centres Kerrisdale with Dr. de Ancaster. I have been a regular patient at the Kerrisdale clinic and I have always had a very positive experience. Their booking system is very smooth, user-friendly and I always get an appointment for the one day advance walk-in. There is always a minimal wait time which is perfect considering the clinic situation in BC. Today was the third time I consulted Dr. De Luca.
