The incredibly knowledgeable staff at the Kerrisdale medical clinic have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They all go above and beyond. Every time I go there I felt like a valued customer and I also feel very much part of gratitude towards the Canadian healthcare system because obviously people are happy in their jobs there because they're so nice. I also adore my doctor!!!
So grateful I learned about Well Health Medical Centre! I found it difficult to find a reliable walk-in in the city, but I was lucky enough to get an appointment the day I went in to create a new patient profile. Moreover, it is reassuring to know that moving forward, I can book walk-in appointments online without the hassle of waiting at the clinic. Moreover, the receptionists were all extremely helpful and competent, and the doctor who saw me was also very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
Consulted Dr. Mamacos as a walk-in patient. Wonderful doctor, very polite and respectful. Would love to see him again for other problems in future. The clinic helped to book a follow up appointment by themselves. Had a great experience with this clinic.
I don’t get how anybody can give this office a bad review! For all the many visits I had made, not once was I kept waiting, never was I ignored and the staff had always been courteous. The facilities are clean and spacious plus there is ample FREE parking! There is London drugs and a Lifelab within the same complex so its location is ideal and convenient. Online bookings was easy and they even have limited walk-in availability.
