WELL Health was recommended to me, and I had a great experience. I got an appointment online for the next day. I arrived shortly before my appointment and checked in. At the time my appointment was scheduled I was taken to an examination room. I only waited about 5 minutes for the doctor to arrive. He dealt with my problem efficiently and effectively and I was out of there with my paperwork in record time. Wow! I recommend them!

The lack of responsiveness from the office staff is unbearable. I tried multiple times to book an appointment with my local doctor by phone, but no one answered, even after waiting several minutes. I then attempted to book online, only to find that my doctor’s name wasn’t listed despite being on the correct clinic location and knowing that the doctor still works there. I’m almost 50 and this is the first time I’ve walked out of a doctor’s office mid-appointment. Serena Chee might mean well, but she greatly overestimates her knowledge of various conditions, talked at me rather than with me about what symptoms I should be experiencing (regardless of what I was actually experiencing or what medical experts have told me in the past), disparaged past medical prescriptions given to me that went ‘against guidelines’ without being willing to hear the context for what led to those decisions (there ... read more
The self check in is disrespectful of the client. The system seems to demand you give up all sorts of rights in order to check in. It turns into having to agree with all sorts of disclaimers for the benefit of well health. It is not simply a check in. It turns into a surrendering of rights and freeing self help of liability. The doctor was fine. The required self check in if you actually read the fine print is most objectionable and difficult to understand .
