Dr. de Ancaster gave me one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I booked my appointment properly, received confirmation, showed up on time, and was still forced to wait over 2 hours before being seen. Absolutely unacceptable experience at WELL Health Medical Centres Kerrisdale with Dr. de Ancaster. I have been a regular patient at the Kerrisdale clinic and I have always had a very positive experience. Their booking system is very smooth, user-friendly and I always get an appointment for the one day advance walk-in. There is always a minimal wait time which is perfect considering the clinic situation in BC. Today was the third time I consulted Dr. De Luca. The Saturday receptionist was lying to me when she said that for the last half a year, the only way to see a doctor was to book on-line and when I said that as far as I've always known, only patients with doctors in that office could do that, she said well, what can I say, it's been done like that for at least 6 months. Physician: Dr. Andrew Ho This doctor is HORRIBLE. I attended this walk in clinic early September when I found out I was pregnant as I did not have a family doctor at the time. I could not have had a worse experience with this doctor. As I mentioned that I previously had an IUD a month before, he told me it was completely impossible for me to be pregnant even after I had tested positive MANY times.
