Physician: Dr. Andrew Ho This doctor is HORRIBLE. I attended this walk in clinic early September when I found out I was pregnant as I did not have a family doctor at the time. I could not have had a worse experience with this doctor. As I mentioned that I previously had an IUD a month before, he told me it was completely impossible for me to be pregnant even after I had tested positive MANY times. Date of visit: January 9, 2026 Clinic: Kerrisdale Well Health Physician: Dr. Andrew Ho I attended the above walk-in clinic for assessment of a worsening rash affecting both armpits. Prior to this visit, I had been using an antifungal cream prescribed by my family physician for four days. Dr andrew Ho is such a irresponsible doctor. He misdiagnosed me and messed my illness up with flu. It isnt flu as i told him. He just didnt care and just wanted me to leave as sokn as possible. He is not a great doctor. He should leave the clinic. He didnt precribed correctly to me and delay my sickness and make me worse. He shouldne be a doctor. I went to urgent care finally and got gd treatment.
The lack of responsiveness from the office staff is unbearable. I tried multiple times to book an appointment with my local doctor by phone, but no one answered, even after waiting several minutes. I then attempted to book online, only to find that my doctor’s name wasn’t listed despite being on the correct clinic location and knowing that the doctor still works there. WELL Health was recommended to me, and I had a great experience. I got an appointment online for the next day. I arrived shortly before my appointment and checked in. At the time my appointment was scheduled I was taken to an examination room. I only waited about 5 minutes for the doctor to arrive. He dealt with my problem efficiently and effectively and I was out of there with my paperwork in record time. Wow! I recommend them!
