I feel so blessed to be informed that the clinic doctor is now accepting new patients. I received multiple text reminders regarding my appointment. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and Dr. Griffiths is caring and a good listener showing patience and empathy. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic and the doctor to family and friends.
Very lovely staff always greeting you with a lovely warm and friendly smile and hello when you arrive to the clinic. Dr. Khan has been so lovely so patient with my worrys and concerns and always making sure I'm 100% before I leave the clinic. She's so nice and kind and considerate. Thank you all for making this place feel so at home when we come here.
I'm a fairly new patient here, but have always had a very good experience. Dr Steinburg is very attentive and a great doctor to work with. He seems up to date on the most recent medical information, including HRT for post-menopausal symptoms. Phone appointments are easy with the online booking system, and if you have to go into the clinic it is also easy to make an appointment and I've never had to wait more than a few days to get in.
I was in need of treatment of a rather large gash on my right hand. Dr. Steinberg did a wonderful job tending to me & sewing me up. The appointment was on time. I would most likely visit again in the future when needed. No complaints from me on this last visit.
I am going to give a 2 start for this.. Booked an appointment for a Saturday, daughter had been sick for around 2 weeks with fever and what not. Got to the clinic, checked in, receptionist informed me my appointment was a phone call appointment. OOOPS! My bad. Left the clinic and sat in the truck to wait for the phone call, receptionist then calls me (must have heard my daughter's nasty cough), and said they could squeeze me in to see a doctor in 45 minutes.
