Physician: Dr. Andrew Ho This doctor is HORRIBLE. I attended this walk in clinic early September when I found out I was pregnant as I did not have a family doctor at the time. I could not have had a worse experience with this doctor. As I mentioned that I previously had an IUD a month before, he told me it was completely impossible for me to be pregnant even after I had tested positive MANY times. WELL Health was recommended to me, and I had a great experience. I got an appointment online for the next day. I arrived shortly before my appointment and checked in. At the time my appointment was scheduled I was taken to an examination room. I only waited about 5 minutes for the doctor to arrive. He dealt with my problem efficiently and effectively and I was out of there with my paperwork in record time. Wow! I recommend them!
I was able to book an appointment within 3 hours of looking for a provider. The physician was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend using this service as it will save you hours waiting in an urgent care facility and I couldn’t get in to see my physician until 5 days later. I am impressed and will continue to use this service when needed. Thank you to Dr. Das as well!
The self check in is disrespectful of the client. The system seems to demand you give up all sorts of rights in order to check in. It turns into having to agree with all sorts of disclaimers for the benefit of well health. It is not simply a check in. It turns into a surrendering of rights and freeing self help of liability. The doctor was fine. The required self check in if you actually read the fine print is most objectionable and difficult to understand .
Such an efficient clinic! Was able to book a walk in appointment the day before. Easy self check in. Dr. Mamacos is such a kind and patient doctor with a great sense of humor. So grateful!
