The lack of responsiveness from the office staff is unbearable. I tried multiple times to book an appointment with my local doctor by phone, but no one answered, even after waiting several minutes. I then attempted to book online, only to find that my doctor’s name wasn’t listed despite being on the correct clinic location and knowing that the doctor still works there. I was able to book an appointment within 3 hours of looking for a provider. The physician was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend using this service as it will save you hours waiting in an urgent care facility and I couldn’t get in to see my physician until 5 days later. I am impressed and will continue to use this service when needed. Thank you to Dr. Das as well!
The self check in is disrespectful of the client. The system seems to demand you give up all sorts of rights in order to check in. It turns into having to agree with all sorts of disclaimers for the benefit of well health. It is not simply a check in. It turns into a surrendering of rights and freeing self help of liability. The doctor was fine. The required self check in if you actually read the fine print is most objectionable and difficult to understand .
Dr. De Luca was fantastic, thorough diagnosis, and clear description of what was going on and what needed to be done to solve. The booking process and intake were seamless, and I was seeing almost immediately upon arriving at the clinic. Top-notch!
