This clinic is back to its prime. This facility was built around 1995, and was amazing. I assume due to the fairly recent name change to WELL Health, there is new management. It has been turned back to its prime. Amazing facility!! Although the staff is moving as fast as they can, it has almost turned into rushing. Edit: They never responded to my email to follow up despite asking everyone with a negative review to email them. (Dec 2) The clinic closes at 9pm. I called ahead at 8:35pm asking if I can still be seen as a walk in if I come in 15 minutes. The receptionist said yes because they are still taking in patients up until 9pm. I showed up in 15 minutes at 8:50pm exactly (these were all exact times as per my call log and Google Maps record). I confirmed with the same receptionist again that I can be seen. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Tara Safa for today, which was supposed to be my first visit. Before coming in, I received an email asking me to register through a link. When I arrived and entered my OHIP number, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. The admin then informed me that the doctor had decided not to come in today and offered to reschedule. I have been going to this place since I was in High School. I remember way back when, waiting in the overcrowded waiting room for as much as 6 hours to see a doctor. So I want to point out that I am thrilled that this has been fixed. So they get a few stars for that. By moving to an appointment model and being able to schedule an appointment same day for a 15 minute window, I walked into a waiting from with only 2 other people and I was out within the hour. Recently I had to book a walk-in appointment to have my injuries from an accident looked at! When booking on WHMC website was very convenient and simple process and had my appointment booked within 5 mins when checking in on appointment day was easier only 10-15 mins to see the doctor. Plus they had a new family physician welcoming clients which I obtained and extremely happy and comfortable with!!! Highly recommended Very satisfying welcoming Punctual and responsive
