I hate this place their new appointment system is stupid and redundant. You used to be able to walk in, wait like 40 mins then see a doctor. Now you have to book an appointment which is gonna be at least 2 hours in advance just to see a doctor for 5 minutes. The hospital has similar waiting times and provides you with everything you need in one spot. The staff at the front desk also aren’t helpful either they just reiterate how to check in.
Really an overall horrible experience with them. The doctor herself was nice, but the communication between the nurse who sees you first and the receptionist is atrocious. Overall they were rude, and as far as customer service goes -- completely lacking. Here was my experience. First, the nurse gives you absolutely no eye contact and mutters facing the computer. My family's been going to this walk-in clinic for years and we've always had a good experience. They have a convenient check-in system. I've always had a good experience with the doctors. They really fill the gap for when I can't see my family physician. Very happy with their care. I've also always found the front desk staff pleasant and helpful.
This is my first time going to this clinic. My son is 6 years old and woke up with an earache in the morning. This was the closest and open one. When I went there, the woman at the reception was very, very bad. I heard her swearing a few times. It was my first time there and my last. If you really want to go to this clinic, think again. Don't let them humiliate you.
This is in regards to a receptionist duty sunday Jan5, 2025. With the long black hair. I ve been calling since morning And she dont answer the phone. Is said on the website thats open but did not mention if its fully book.I drove from downtown to the clinic. Then you will see at the window fully book . I contacted there phone in front of the desk . And the phone was no sounds.I am surprise !!!
