On Monday, I visited your clinic with a suspected rib fracture. The doctor ordered an X-ray. I was able to see the X-ray results online the same day, but the doctor did not call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I called the clinic, but they told me they had not received the results. On Wednesday, I tried calling all day, but no one answered the phone. Been here on multiple occasions myself, with elderly mom, and each of three kids. Mostly in cases whed the family doctor is not available, or with urgent matters. Always were accepted, seen by doctor, and helped, even if the clinic was over the top full. In 9 cases out of 10 within one hour from arrival which is awesome for a walk-in. Even better was it when they had their own pharmacy, that they closed some time ago. But, the Freshko pharmacy is 300 feet away, so it is not a big deal. Very Good Service from the reception to the doctor get qr code , input details in the paper form and iput details on the tablet and theres tue appointment to the doctor Jaina assisted me in the clinic then the doctor came and help me on my check up and got the medecine i needed
Very organized office. All done with minimum wait. The staff, from receptionist to all technicians were very friendly and caring. Doctor Yang was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and provided me with all the documents I asked for and answered all my questions with patience. I was very happy from my visit. Thank you very much.
Aside from being a poorly organized clinic and rude staff, one thing in particular was pretty disturbing to me. If you care about the security of your information, you should be concerned in this place. You are supposed to use a chrome device at the reception to register, if you are new to this clinic. It's basically a chrome browser where its history is on and open to anyone using the device. The registration/appointments can be printed into a pdf and downloaded to the device.
