I have been going to this place since I was in High School. I remember way back when, waiting in the overcrowded waiting room for as much as 6 hours to see a doctor. So I want to point out that I am thrilled that this has been fixed. So they get a few stars for that. By moving to an appointment model and being able to schedule an appointment same day for a 15 minute window, I walked into a waiting from with only 2 other people and I was out within the hour. The registration process was quick and straightforward and the receptionist was very helpful. I came to the clinic with a foot injury and walking with a cane and was offered a wheelchair which was very appreciated. I didn’t even get to finish the paper I was given for registration before I was called to come inside for my appointment. I was assisted to get the room in the wheel chair and as the nurse was inputting the reason for my visit the doctor came in and realized she came a bit to soon and had to wait in the hallway... read more
Dr. Chu is a phenomenal physician. Very competent. Great communicator. Is present and listens to your concerns and really thinks about them before diagnosing. As my family doctor he’s treated a multitude of my physical conditions and is my primary care physician for my anxiety disorder. He didn’t have any ego at all when I suggested if I can seek a second opinion of a psychiatrist early on when I was diagnosed (who reaffirmed Dr. Chu’s diagnosis). I had a great overall experience at the clinic. I was seen very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Zhu was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The receptionist and nurses were also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
I prefer calling with humans, but this very efficient online booking system means I have a minimal wait time and can see the doctor and be on my way home or to the pharmacy in an hour...and with my regular gp having limited hours and an office 3km away, a 5 minute walk to well health is truly a blessing. I am always treated with respect and courtesy as well. I've been asked to re review my visits. The most recent was when I saw my new doctor. For some reason I had to wait a very long time, but other than that, no concerns.
