On Monday, I visited your clinic with a suspected rib fracture. The doctor ordered an X-ray. I was able to see the X-ray results online the same day, but the doctor did not call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I called the clinic, but they told me they had not received the results. On Wednesday, I tried calling all day, but no one answered the phone. Very Good Service from the reception to the doctor get qr code , input details in the paper form and iput details on the tablet and theres tue appointment to the doctor Jaina assisted me in the clinic then the doctor came and help me on my check up and got the medecine i needed
Very organized office. All done with minimum wait. The staff, from receptionist to all technicians were very friendly and caring. Doctor Yang was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and provided me with all the documents I asked for and answered all my questions with patience. I was very happy from my visit. Thank you very much.
Really an overall horrible experience with them. The doctor herself was nice, but the communication between the nurse who sees you first and the receptionist is atrocious. Overall they were rude, and as far as customer service goes -- completely lacking. Here was my experience. First, the nurse gives you absolutely no eye contact and mutters facing the computer. I hate this place their new appointment system is stupid and redundant. You used to be able to walk in, wait like 40 mins then see a doctor. Now you have to book an appointment which is gonna be at least 2 hours in advance just to see a doctor for 5 minutes. The hospital has similar waiting times and provides you with everything you need in one spot. The staff at the front desk also aren’t helpful either they just reiterate how to check in.
