Management is intentionally manipulative to extent I’ve never seen in other clinics. I arrived at 1:45 asking to be seen as a walk-in and they said they could take me at 2:15. Thinking that felt more upfront honest, I said okay and ran an errand while I waited. I came back right at 2:15… it wasn’t until 2:45 I got called into a room (1 hour later). I prefer calling with humans, but this very efficient online booking system means I have a minimal wait time and can see the doctor and be on my way home or to the pharmacy in an hour...and with my regular gp having limited hours and an office 3km away, a 5 minute walk to well health is truly a blessing. I am always treated with respect and courtesy as well
On Monday, I visited your clinic with a suspected rib fracture. The doctor ordered an X-ray. I was able to see the X-ray results online the same day, but the doctor did not call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I called the clinic, but they told me they had not received the results. On Wednesday, I tried calling all day, but no one answered the phone. Been here on multiple occasions myself, with elderly mom, and each of three kids. Mostly in cases whed the family doctor is not available, or with urgent matters. Always were accepted, seen by doctor, and helped, even if the clinic was over the top full. In 9 cases out of 10 within one hour from arrival which is awesome for a walk-in. Even better was it when they had their own pharmacy, that they closed some time ago. But, the Freshko pharmacy is 300 feet away, so it is not a big deal. Very Good Service from the reception to the doctor get qr code , input details in the paper form and iput details on the tablet and theres tue appointment to the doctor Jaina assisted me in the clinic then the doctor came and help me on my check up and got the medecine i needed
