You have to wait at least an hr to see the doctor even if you have an appointment. The receptionists are rude. Other staff are generally moody too. Will not recommend unless you're stuck like me. I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. Nothing changes. That's the sign of a company that's OK with abysmal service standards.
Clinic has a very convenient online booking system and self-check-in process, but the wait times to see a doctor are extremely frustrating. Despite having an advanced booking, most of the time we have to wait on an average of 1.5 hours to see the family doctor, which is simply unacceptable. Amazing Experience with Dr Sastry. A psychiatrist That is so knowledgeable, kind, caring and very helpful with whatever you need. The pharmacist was also very attentive and helpful as well. The staff too was very friendly. Overall I had an amazing experience.
My doctor here is amazing but the receptionist I just spoke with was incredibly rude. I called and said she wouldn’t book me an appointment with my doctor and that could only do it through their online system even though I didn’t have access to a computer or smart phone right now. Insanely inaccessible, pretty sure accessibility laws mandate that healthcare providers must ensure their services are accessible to individuals with disabilities,. I would like to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with the newly launched online appointment system and the overall clinic experience. Firstly, I must say that the online appointment system is fantastic! It takes no more than three minutes to schedule an appointment at my preferred time, which is incredibly convenient.
