This is the Best Medical center the Doctor's and the nurses are very good at what they do they. The waiting time is very short and then the Doctor's take their time with you to make sure you are getting the right care you need. They refare you to the best specialist if needed. I personally would recommend them to everyone. Thank you WELL HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER.
It's disappointing that they've rebranded themselves but still have the same poor service. They called me early today to let me know that my blood work results are ready and I should book a telephone appointment online to speak to the doctor today. I booked the earliest time available, 5:20 pm. It's now 6:00pm and the doctor has not called like they said she would. Can I charge the clinic a no show fee for wasting my time? Clinic has a very convenient online booking system and self-check-in process, but the wait times to see a doctor are extremely frustrating. Despite having an advanced booking, most of the time we have to wait on an average of 1.5 hours to see the family doctor, which is simply unacceptable. You have to wait at least an hr to see the doctor even if you have an appointment. The receptionists are rude. Other staff are generally moody too. Will not recommend unless you're stuck like me. I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. Nothing changes. That's the sign of a company that's OK with abysmal service standards.
My doctor here is amazing but the receptionist I just spoke with was incredibly rude. I called and said she wouldn’t book me an appointment with my doctor and that could only do it through their online system even though I didn’t have access to a computer or smart phone right now.
