I really like my doctor Dr. Ghazal at Well Health Medical Centre, McLaughlin and have always received excellent care. However, booking an appointment is extremely frustrating. The online booking system (Phone appointments) doesn't work properly and shows appointments months away. This is just for a medication refill. Very disappointed with the service .I had an appointment scheduled for 9:25 am but I was left waiting for hours with no updates. The staff kept saying they would see me “soon,” but nothing happened. I waited the whole morning without any explanation or care for my time. I tried calling multiple times afterward, but no one picked up the phone.
