Very disappointed with the service .I had an appointment scheduled for 9:25 am but I was left waiting for hours with no updates. The staff kept saying they would see me “soon,” but nothing happened. I waited the whole morning without any explanation or care for my time. I tried calling multiple times afterward, but no one picked up the phone.
