Staff are friendly and pleasant. Dr Shumaila Kamal is a knowledgeable, pleasant, caring and thorough physician. :0}!
My experience with doctor Shumaila Kamal was worse.She was rude with me.I went to walk-in-clinic,because I was in need,not to bother her ,sorry.If she has no nurse with training to do some kind of work, it's okay and understandable.She got upset because I asked nurse name.I think is my right to know with who I am talking.Or in Canada we can not do that?
This clinic fails to remind patients about appointments in form of texts or emails and then charges a no-show fee. This is very unprofessional. Dr Kamala completely failed to realize this shortcoming.
