I have been coming to this clinic since 2020. My doctor Dr. susan lee and her receptionist both are very nice, compassionate and comforting when dealing with patients. Today I came in the clinic for my daughter’s 1 year immunization injections. After every injection my daughter got, she was crying loud and couldn’t handle the pain.. which is normal at her age. she don’t know how to regulate her emotions, nor she can express in any other form other than crying. The clinic was used to be South Surrey Medical Clinic, but now changed to WELL Health - Morgan Crossing Medical Clinic. There’s a lot of spots to park your car. There’s a walking distance London Drugs just in case you needed to buy your medicine. Lots of stores and fast foods in the complex. The clinic staff are nice but they are really busy. Calling in to speak with someone is almost impossible, as your call will most likely be directed to voicemail most of the time. It is unpredictable if the staff would return your call... read more

Have been with this clinic since they opened when they were SAUNTE HEALTH in the late 2000s, with Dr. Susan Lee. They became SOUTH SURREY MEDICAL & now with the WELL HEALTH family. Dr. Lee & her MOAs (Anne & now Daisy), are always so professional, sincere, friendly, accommodating, super helpful & patient with us patients🤓😉 Dr. Lee is really thorough & takes the time to listen to us rattle off our symptoms & ailments & is proactively prompt in diagnosing, expediting referrals to fellow medical colleagues/specialists & diag... read more

Had a typical walk-in experience here even after booking an online appointment. The wait time was still almost an hour. At least it wasn't double or triple that of non-appointment walk-ins. From what I could see the staff were pretty helpful and friendly with multi-lingual staff able to help visible minorities. And once you were admitted, there wasn't much of a further wait and the doctor who saw us had excellent bedside manners.

Dr. Sarah R. Is the best! She is extremely helpful, cares about her patients, and most importantly is super COMPETENT. She can actually hep you with your ailments, while most doctors I've seen in other places are just a waste of time. She always tries her best to accommodate your needs to ensure the patient is properly taken care of and is very thorough. Even though she's busy, she still takes the time to explain and answers to all your questions. A truly responsible good doctor. I feel really lucky to have her as our family... read more
