Called the clinic after noting a missed call (awaiting on results) no message was left. I called to inquire. Receptionist was firm I was not called. Did review my file. Firm I was not called. I requested to give feedback regarding leaving a message. I was told that’s not what they do and I would be called back. I have been going to this clinic since it opened. The clinic was used to be South Surrey Medical Clinic, but now changed to WELL Health - Morgan Crossing Medical Clinic. There’s a lot of spots to park your car. There’s a walking distance London Drugs just in case you needed to buy your medicine. Lots of stores and fast foods in the complex. The clinic staff are nice but they are really busy. Calling in to speak with someone is almost impossible, as your call will most likely be directed to voicemail most of the time. It is unpredictable if the staff would return your call... read more

I am writing to make a complaint about my experience today. I was in a lot of pain and came to your clinic to get medical help. However, I was not seen by anyone and was redirected to another clinic. When I went to the other clinic, they also did not see me. As a result, I had to return home with the same severe pain and without any medical support. This review is for the receptionist. It has been some time now. Last year. I had an appointment and wanted to know when I was going in as I had to get back to work. She was extremely rude. Took me to the room and ripped the paper off the bed stood at the end of the room and chucked it hard in the garbage right where I was sitting and said next time you make an appointment make sure you leave 3 hrs. Open for running late .

My partner and I are trying to find wheelchair accessible clinics with height adjustable table for mobility impaired patients. The receptionist told us not to call the facility and they couldn’t answer the question. How disappointing, especially as a walk in clinic..
