The clinic was used to be South Surrey Medical Clinic, but now changed to WELL Health - Morgan Crossing Medical Clinic. There’s a lot of spots to park your car. There’s a walking distance London Drugs just in case you needed to buy your medicine. Lots of stores and fast foods in the complex. The clinic staff are nice but they are really busy. As our family doctor, Dr. Grace Lee is extremely patient and proactive in reminding and following up on my health condition. Words can hardly express her kindness and professionalism. The Well Health South Surrey Morgan Crossing clinic is conveniently located with easy parking, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

Dr Lee is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and kind. Has a good sense of humor and makes you feel at ease. She is always willing to listen and is never dismissive. Very happy I found her.

My GP is great and I am extremely grateful to have one with so many people 'orphaned'. My significant concern is the wait time to get in or speak to him - to book a telehealth appointment is average 2-3 week wait and it is similar wait time for in person. It is my understanding this is typical in most clinics now and unfortunately this is contributing to the overcrowding in Emergency Departments. Had a typical walk-in experience here even after booking an online appointment. The wait time was still almost an hour. At least it wasn't double or triple that of non-appointment walk-ins. From what I could see the staff were pretty helpful and friendly with multi-lingual staff able to help visible minorities. And once you were admitted, there wasn't much of a further wait and the doctor who saw us had excellent bedside manners.
