Me and my mom have different experiences. I went on March 17 around 9 am and had a nice experience. The receptionist despite being busy was very kind, Dr.Saad is attentive and my fav doctor so far, and the nurses that morning were nice as well. My mom went today and the receptionist was hella rude to her, my mom is very patient and understanding and as soon as she entered she was greeted by a rude lady and even with my mom trying to lighten the mood the receptionist was not going with it. The receptionists treat you like they’re doing you a favor, as if you’re begging for charity. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!
Very unprofessional and rude. They have no idea why this health care service is called a "walk in clinic" to serve sick people. They need to educate their staff to treat their walk in patients with respect and compassion. Their customer support is very poor and disappointing. They never answer the phone and when they answer they put you on hold for a long time. This clinic is a waste of space.
This place is a joke, it wasn't the best clinic before, now they made a new booking system ONLY online, where you literally can't get appointment. I'm trying to see my family doctor (Dr. Akila) almost 3 months from now, on a Wells page she is always unavailable to book and administration would not do the booking by phone call . No complaints about Dr Akila, but the clinic itself is like a joke scene from parallel universe...
This was the worst clinic I’ve ever visited. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment at 11:30 and waited until 12:00. My sister was extremely sick—she couldn’t even sit up and had to lie down on the chairs because she was so unwell. I went to the front desk to ask for an update, and a rude lady (I don’t know her name, but she appeared to be Asian) shouted that the doctor was behind schedule and there was nothing they could do.
