Their service is excellent. Few days ago, I have seen a doctor. She sent me for X-rays. I went to the X-ray lab (across the intersection). Two days later the Walk-in Clinic called me. Doctor explained the results of the X-ray test and sent me just for another test, for ultrasound. Few days later they called me again. Another meeting with a doctor, some more info about my problem. I had a really good experience with Dr. Leong Poi. He was awesome, he actually took the time to listen and did the assessment very thoroughly. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush to make any quick decisions and explained everything clearly. He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Honestly don't understand all these negative reviews, they make appointments now for walk-ins, so you know exactly when to come so you won't have to wait. Just call in advance and they'll give you a spot, mine was only an hour away from when I called and it was completely empty when I came in. They put me in a room to speak to a doctor within literally 1 minute, and were really nice and polite. The place is also really clean and professional. I will definitely come back here anytime I need to be seen quickly..
Thankful to have a good walk-in clinic nearby. Good and accessible location. Clean and not too crowded when we got there, has plenty chairs for waiting. Approachable and helpful staff.
Me and my mom have different experiences. I went on March 17 around 9 am and had a nice experience. The receptionist despite being busy was very kind, Dr.Saad is attentive and my fav doctor so far, and the nurses that morning were nice as well. My mom went today and the receptionist was hella rude to her, my mom is very patient and understanding and as soon as she entered she was greeted by a rude lady and even with my mom trying to lighten the mood the receptionist was not going with it.
