Their service is excellent. Few days ago, I have seen a doctor. She sent me for X-rays. I went to the X-ray lab (across the intersection). Two days later the Walk-in Clinic called me. Doctor explained the results of the X-ray test and sent me just for another test, for ultrasound. Few days later they called me again. Another meeting with a doctor, some more info about my problem. I had an appointment for 5:20pm and the wait was over 3 hours even tho I had an appointment. I needed a prescription filled very important they couldn’t do it over the phone that’s fine. The lady re booked me for 8am the next morning the doctor did not show up until 8:30 am and I was no seen until 9am
Honestly don't understand all these negative reviews, they make appointments now for walk-ins, so you know exactly when to come so you won't have to wait. Just call in advance and they'll give you a spot, mine was only an hour away from when I called and it was completely empty when I came in. They put me in a room to speak to a doctor within literally 1 minute, and were really nice and polite. The place is also really clean and professional. I will definitely come back here anytime I need to be seen quickly..
No one is perfect. I believe no one wants to be bad, but it happens sometimes that we make mistakes. Today, despite missing my other appointment, I waited 50 minutes after my appointment due to the stuff's mistake. Over all, this clinic's services are always good. Apprentice it.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Leong Poi. He was awesome, he actually took the time to listen and did the assessment very thoroughly. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush to make any quick decisions and explained everything clearly. He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
