Unfortunately they are never on time. I was getting regular treatments for 9 months and after consistently waiting 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled time I decided to go private. The healthcare advice I had received was not only different but much more thorough and in depth. I have to advise I do not recommend this clinic at present in 2026.
Honestly don't understand all these negative reviews, they make appointments now for walk-ins, so you know exactly when to come so you won't have to wait. Just call in advance and they'll give you a spot, mine was only an hour away from when I called and it was completely empty when I came in. They put me in a room to speak to a doctor within literally 1 minute, and were really nice and polite. The place is also really clean and professional. I will definitely come back here anytime I need to be seen quickly..
I had an appointment for 5:20pm and the wait was over 3 hours even tho I had an appointment. I needed a prescription filled very important they couldn’t do it over the phone that’s fine. The lady re booked me for 8am the next morning the doctor did not show up until 8:30 am and I was no seen until 9am
Booked my appointment online for the same day. Super friendly people, was in and out in the hour. Soo clean!!! Love it
Their service is excellent. Few days ago, I have seen a doctor. She sent me for X-rays. I went to the X-ray lab (across the intersection). Two days later the Walk-in Clinic called me. Doctor explained the results of the X-ray test and sent me just for another test, for ultrasound. Few days later they called me again. Another meeting with a doctor, some more info about my problem.
