I have experienced very unethical, unprofessional and humiliating treatment. I visited the clinic without having an appointment around 7:00 p.m. I was experiencing severe pain and I asked for an appointment with a doctor. The receptionist, her desk is right to the entrance, told me that it is impossible because they do not book appointments after 7:00 p.m. When I insisted to see a doctor because of my constant severe pain she offered me a telephone appointment next day and gave me great advice - you can always go somewhere ... read more

Receptionist Melanie is horrible and has no customer service skills. She’s rude, inconsiderate and has no emotional intelligence. I walked in to be seen by a doctor but no doctors are in office Monday or Tuesday. I wasn’t aware of this and was a bit confused. She seemed frustrated by having to explain the clinics process and shook her head to imply that I was stupid. Completely unprofessional.

I wish I read the reviews before trusting this health care provider! I called at 2:18 to see if my son and I could be seen. He is much worse then me and I think he had strep. And I told them that too! They said they are fully booked with appointments but that I could come in at 5! I showed up as they told me to and was refused health care! They said I had to make an appointment for tomorrow. To which I said no you guys told me to come at 5 and I am here now. I have never had a good experience at this clinic. The receptionists are extremely rude and have never had a positive interaction with me or my family any time we’ve been there. She made us go to the back of the line even though we were the first ones in the clinic. My sister (the patient) was feeling faint and dizzy and the receptionist was too busy trying to “teach us a lesson” to care about her wellbeing. Definitely not going back to this clinic.
