Dr. Goldberg is one of the most patient, attentive, and responsible doctors I’ve ever met. She listens carefully to concerns and explains everything with great clarity and empathy. I’ve always received accurate diagnoses from her, both for myself and my children. In my opinion, she has every quality one could hope for in a great physician
Dr Watson, and the MOA staff at WellHealth West Point Grey are very personable and helpful They are compassionate, pay attention to details, and are very accommodating I am extremely happy to have been included as a patient with this practice, along with my mom and child
Some of the people that answer the phones are really inconsiderate, unkind and unprofessional to say the least. The lady literally told me, it was bad planning that my son got sick and needs a Flovent prescription renewal today. Horrible experience. What is wrong with humanity?! You should hire people in the health care who actually care.

This clinic is awful. The staff at the reception go out of their way to be unhelpful here. On top of that, they are rude from the moment they pick up the phone. Even getting a prescription refill faxed to the pharmacy is an ordeal with these people. And while some of the doctors are great, many are not timely with regards to appointments. If they tell you your phone appointment is at 3:30. don't expect it to be at 3:30. it could be an hour later or more.
