Some of the people that answer the phones are really inconsiderate, unkind and unprofessional to say the least. The lady literally told me, it was bad planning that my son got sick and needs a Flovent prescription renewal today. Horrible experience. What is wrong with humanity?! You should hire people in the health care who actually care.
Dr. Brown is competent and efficient. He understands my situation. He gives me comfort and encouragement.
Very happy with Dr. Watson. He takes time to explore with his patients their concerns and needs.
This clinic is awful. The staff at the reception go out of their way to be unhelpful here. On top of that, they are rude from the moment they pick up the phone. Even getting a prescription refill faxed to the pharmacy is an ordeal with these people. And while some of the doctors are great, many are not timely with regards to appointments. If they tell you your phone appointment is at 3:30. don't expect it to be at 3:30. it could be an hour later or more. I've been trying to get a hold of this clinic for a while to get my blood test results. While the doctor is very nice, the booking service and phone are very poor and it should not be this difficult to book an appointment or to just get a copy of my results. The phone service is complicated and frustrating, as I've called multiple times when the website said the phone service was open, but it turned out to be closed or not available.
