The receptionist has an understanding of patient that I was going to charge $50.00 because no show. I totally forgot about this appointment because of work. They kindly gave me one more chance to meet the doctor same day on the phone instead. Thank you so much. Peace 🕊️
Unfortunately it is not possible to leave less than 1 star- but they have definitely earned it! Awful customer service; I have experienced being purposely set on hold for upwards of 15-20min, hung-up on, screamed at, interrupted, talked over, and made to feel as my health is of no importance.. oh and did I mention this is all before even booking an appointment? This review is only based on the receptionist a Filipino lady with a black sweater whom I dealt with today. At approximately 1:30pm Thursday November 7, 2024 when I finished taking my daughter to see Dr. Tyler Ngai. He's a great doctor by the way. No problems at all with this doctor and his services. He's caring and understanding for both of my daughters that go see him. Anyways back to this receptionist today. My experience at the Richmond Well Health Medical Center over the several years is positive. It is easy and convinient to book the appointments online. But need to work on office stuff to get experienced, positive, attitude professionals. I communicated with two Russian speaking doctors.They are knowlegeble and provide the special excellent care.
