In my experience with Dr. Mallic is that he is not willing to accomidate if he make a mistakes. The online system doesnt always work. My experience has been with Dr. Mallic, and a very disappointing one. There was a big mix up he wasnt willing to take two min out of his day to fix a very important situation and accomidate me as a regular client. If they forget or run late on appointments, they blame you and dont take responsibility. They dont even call to confirm appointments or to check in if they think there was a mix up. ... read more
I’ve been seeing Dr Choi for years. I’ve had both in person and phone visits with him. He is professional, very thorough and is truly concerned with my well being. The booking process is quite straight forward.
The receptionists here are awful to work with. They lie about leaving messages about future appointments. Unlike the other patient review... they did not change the in person appointment to a phone appointment and lied about leaving a voicemail on my phone to get the no-show fee. Clearly they are selective who they help. Do not come here. The receptionists don't care about your health and go to another clinic. The doctors are fine. The front staff, horrendous!
Dr Yung is my Family Doctor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends, family and colleagues. He is committed to his profession and when I’m in office or on a phone appointment he gives me his undivided attention. He is understanding and spends the time to explain my diagnosis in terms I can understand.
Dr. Romashin has provided exceptional care and support over the years. He listens attentively to my concerns, offers helpful guidance, and addresses my health issues with professionalism and compassion. I appreciate his dedication to patient well-being and would highly recommend him to others.
