The staff are great and the doctors are patient and knowledgeable. Listen to the our concern and offer timely advise. However, really need a better booking system. Tried to book an "in person" appointment, and after booking, it automatically changed to a phone appointment. Then I called and asked, the staff informed "sorry, there is not more in person appointments, only phone appointment." Then why does the website even give me the option to choose?! We came in to the clinic the first time on IFHP, they booked us an appointment and we met the doctor who requested some blood tests and an US. Then we called the clinic again to book for the follow-up appointment to review the test results, and they happily booked the appointment. However, they cancelled the appointment an hour before the actual appointment time citing billing issues? No we don’t have any mean to review our test results!! UNACCEPTABLE
Dr. Donald Yung goes above and beyond for his patients. He responds quickly, takes the time to understand our issues, and consistently provides helpful solutions. His kindness and genuine care make a huge difference. We are very grateful to have him as our family doctor.
