The receptionists here are awful to work with. They lie about leaving messages about future appointments. Unlike the other patient review... they did not change the in person appointment to a phone appointment and lied about leaving a voicemail on my phone to get the no-show fee. Clearly they are selective who they help. Do not come here. The receptionists don't care about your health and go to another clinic. The doctors are fine. The front staff, horrendous!
I’m extremely satisfied with my very first experience from my initial phone call. The young lady who took my call was very courteous & professional when asking me questions. More specifically satisfying when the actual Dr called me back as he fully understood & responded to all my needed concerns. Much appreciation for the support I was given!
I been going to this clinic for a good 8 to 10 years now but I'm going to look for a different one finally because i'm fed up with how their staff is. For the most part my usual doctor has been okay, there has been instances he misdiagnosed my symptoms and issues, brushing it off as things like anxiety, then sends me off to see a specialist that finds the actual issue, but people make mistakes and I'm not even upset about that. The receptionist has an understanding of patient that I was going to charge $50.00 because no show. I totally forgot about this appointment because of work. They kindly gave me one more chance to meet the doctor same day on the phone instead. Thank you so much. Peace 🕊️
Unfortunately it is not possible to leave less than 1 star- but they have definitely earned it! Awful customer service; I have experienced being purposely set on hold for upwards of 15-20min, hung-up on, screamed at, interrupted, talked over, and made to feel as my health is of no importance.. oh and did I mention this is all before even booking an appointment?
