The staff are great and the doctors are patient and knowledgeable. Listen to the our concern and offer timely advise. However, really need a better booking system. Tried to book an "in person" appointment, and after booking, it automatically changed to a phone appointment. Then I called and asked, the staff informed "sorry, there is not more in person appointments, only phone appointment." Then why does the website even give me the option to choose?! In my experience with Dr. Mallic is that he is not willing to accomidate if he make a mistakes. The online system doesnt always work. My experience has been with Dr. Mallic, and a very disappointing one. There was a big mix up he wasnt willing to take two min out of his day to fix a very important situation and accomidate me as a regular client. If they forget or run late on appointments, they blame you and dont take responsibility. They dont even call to confirm appointments or to check in if they think there was a mix up. ... read more
