Absolutely WORST experience I've ever had with a medical clinic. I would give 0 stars or negative stars if I could. I booked my phone appointment online several days in advance for July 17 Friday at 4:45 PM because that was the time their website showed as available. Without any email, text, or voicemail, they changed my appointment to 12:37 PM. I only found out afterward. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Natalia Vostretsova. She truly saved my life during COVID. At a time when others were telling me to just take Advil and wait it out, nothing was helping. I had a fever of 40°C and felt like I was barely holding on. When I came to her, she immediately took my condition seriously and suspected a thyroid issue. 1. I've tried to book an appointment over the phone, they tell me book online. 2.I book an appointment online, in about a week, and receive a confirmation email. 3. I schedule time off work in advance. A few days later, I receive a text asking me to confirm my appointment. I confirm. 4. Dr. Donald Yung is caring and pleasant. He explained everything in a clear and detailed way, answered all my questions patiently, and was very polite throughout. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only professional but also truly compassionate. Highly recommended!
